I bought a Bolt and a few new DCC tanks a while back and there was an issue with the Bolt. The Bolt is the new kid on the block in the mod scene. It is a simple tube mod that uses a single 18500 battery. The problem was quickly solved through a couple of emails and a very polite phone call from the owner of the site. I highly recommend people to check out his site because he is one of the few Mom and Pop shops left standing. He has outstanding customer service and he also has some killer deals. He also offers free shipping on all orders whether you buy one dollar or one hundred dollars.

I think your numbers are a little off on the speed of shipping it usually takes a while before a new order ships and the owner admits it his self. He is now trying to correct this and make his shipping faster, he is very busy with no help so the SLow shipping is understandable. I order from CCV all the time, I just make sure I don't need it quickly.

CCV just posted on another tread and said in a couple of weeks they hope to get back to same day shipping. They are changing their store hours to help them do that.
Here is what they said: ATTENTION: Effective immediately our online store will be closing Monday - Saturday 6p.m.-10a.m. CST and all day Sunday. This change is to solely better serve our customers with faster shipping times. (You can still browse the store).

Just closed to new orders in that time frame, I'm still up til 4am filling existing orders, should be bout few weeks we be back to same day shipping. Then everyone will be happy.

I have ordered 3 times from CCV in the last month and there has been a slight delay in shipping because of him being backed up but at his prices and free shipping I completely understand. I have yet to get a package that he hasn't thrown in a freebie I wasn't expecting. The order I got today had a free ressurector in in to try out. It is the only place I will order my boges from. I can't imagine waiting until I was down to my last 2 cartos before placing an order with ANYONE. Actually I order when I have 10 or so left...would hate to run out or be stressed out over watching and waiting for cartos...a new mod maybe but not a consumable product.

I have been ordering from Andrew at CCV for at least 6 months. My orders have always been prompt, except for the one placed on Dec. 26th. Any order placed during holidays, I expect to take longer. Just common sense and I don't want him not to have a holiday too! He has excellent deals (like free syringe and tips with the very well priced carto bundles) and has even called me regarding an order. He gave many of the late orders a free box of cartos to make up for the delay. The surge in business overwhelmed him, so he has reorganized. What more could we ask?
CCV isn't Target. It's a less than a year old business experiencing growing pains. I'll stick by him as long as he continues to operate in a positive manner- that includes through the growing pains!
