I feel his pain Fran! I walk all day at work and my back kills when i get home. Thank goodness for Aleve!

Good Morning, Fran it seems I am getting a little lower back problem when I walk also. Anymore after a walk in a city I need to take a few Ibuprofen when I get back to the Hotel.

Well I'm headed to Tulsa for the night, be back tomorrow afternoon.

You really need to try the Aleve PT. Advil and the other stuff does nothing for me.

We're gonna have to get a first aid kit for you old folks here.

Ok, I'll make sure not to do that. I'll second the Aleve. It really helped when I was having problems before I went to the chiropractor.

As for first aid kits for those of us in upper age brackets, IBUprofen, Naproxin Sodium and not looking in the mirror are all a part of daily existence!
