Been a lurker on ECF for awhile now. I couldn't post this in the appropriate thread because I'm new and finally registered to share my fix.
No matter how tightly I tried to screw in the ends of the RSST, over time juice would tend to seep out of the base. I noticed was the height of the center, inner cylindrical wall is shorter than the outer wall of the tube. What I did was removed the silicon sleeve of a spent CE5 coil head and fitted it over the inner cylindrical wall. No need to make any additional cuts or anything. The silicon sleeve fits snugly over the inner tube and the SS center rod passes right through perfectly. Going on 3 days now and not a drop of leak!

My initial attempt to rectify the leakage was to use a chemical resistant o-ring (beige in color) over the SS center rod, sandwiched in between the top deck and inner tube. This did prevent the leak, however, vaping gave off an unpleasant taste. I'm guessing the heat from vaping was causing the the o-ring to give off something.
Hope this helps somebody
