Hello guys,
I`m just back from the repair shop of the local Intellicig reseller around here.
My white Evos have 1 year warranty which I`m happy to use so I got brand new white batteries but here is what happened.
I use the short usb chargers that have no cable. (sorry, too lazy to take pics now). So what happened was that I eventually have been tightening them too much... I suppose - this is not confirmed 100% - but let`s say 80% that it ruined the battery.
What happens when you tighten them too much - there is a silicone thing around the inner side of the connector which would come out so you will not have a good contact and you cannot charge, you cannot vape, unless you fix that thing.
How can you fix it it when it happens. Take a small cable or a paper clip, but from the soft ones and stick it gently in the hole of the battery. then slowly spin it around and you`ll see the silicone thingy going back to its place...
What happened in my case (I think) was that once it f*cked up you cant really fix it for too long and the silicone would come out again...
Be advised: If you have such case - NEVER use a hard paper clip or anything like that to push it in the hole. You have a chance to ruin the battery for good.
So bottom line. I`ll say it agian. I`m not sure if your chargers are like mine but basically they would be all the same IMO... Do not tightem the battery to them too much.. Once it is in place - that`s it. Do not go any further than that. And you`ll not need to use your warranty (if you are lucky to have one)
p.s. Now I gotta admit that even though I have brand new batteries I`m a little concerned about the battery life that I`m about to get out of them. My OLD ones (that did not even have the Intellicig sign on them) used to last me for about 6-8 hours
