Over the last few weeks, it has become clear that Virgin Vapor has become more than I can handle on my own! I'm up to my elbows in e-liquid all day mixing and filling orders and keeping up with e-mails and managing customer service concerns at the same time has started to overwhelm me. I definitely need help! I reached out to a very special lady in the hopes that she would be willing to come on board and give me a hand. To my delight (and relief!), she said yes! So I'd like to introduce someone who needs no introduction. She has been a long time customer and very enthusiastic supporter of Virgin Vapor as well as a friend to many here on ECF and she is now officially joining the Virgin Vapor team!
Allow me to introduce KittyPie! She will be starting this week and will be helping me respond to e-mails, man the Live Chat feature on the website, run contests and answer questions here on ECF. We'll be working together and staying in close contact so we can quickly respond to customer questions and needs like never before. I could not be happier to have her as part of Team Virgin Vapor! Not only is she an adorable and wonderful person (who so often makes me laugh out loud with her humor and wit!) but she is also knowledgeable about electronic cigarettes, great with people and absolutely loves Virgin Vapor e-liquids!
