Nice collection. There are those that when vaping a GG just prefer the zag mouthpiece. I love the GG mouthpiece. My wife can't do "metal". So it's a benefit to her to get more excited for Ithaca. And since she prefers the iAtty performance and output better than penny or ody, AND Kir has a tip adapter, guess what she prefers overall.
BUT, I do understand the dilemma here. Ithaca a few months out? Let some people preorder the ody. Now if Imeo announced that the Ithaca would be going on preorder in a month, I think this would be a different conversation for many. Not all, but many
Well said my friend, well said. One other thing - the GGTS is Imeos finest PV he ever made. He had intended to quit making the GGTB but brought it back. But this yr. I bought three of them. Why?? I have a use for them and like them very much, though the GGTS overshadows them and if far superioir. Many people still have a want and a need for a TB, same as a Odyss, Iatty or the upcoming Ithaka.
Nice collection going there Miriam - I too only use SS tips, well I do have brass one and a 24 ct plated one. Looks like when I go through the tips one of these days, I will send you the ones I no longer use.
And you know I will welcome them with open arms!

I understand that Ody is larger, has a GGTS base, etc, but I am curious to hear from someone who owns both: which one is better and why?

I cannot explain why. But I'd take the iAtty and the ody any day of the week and twice on Sunday. The flavor is fuller and seems truer. Sme will say they prefer the penny but I've got all three and will reach for the ody over the penny.
With that said, if travel and discretion is important, the penny is ridiculously easy to hide and transport in the pocket.
Flavor wise, ody and iAtty. My vote, my opinion, and to be taken as exactly that.
I'm confused (so what else is new?) ... didn't the iAtty come before the Ody, and wasn't the iAtty exclusively a dripper? (I think the Ody also has a dripping configuration, or is the iAtty the Ody in drip mode?) ATM, all I have are two Penelopes, but I'm trying to decide if I want to get in on the iAtty pre-order ...
The iAtty was not an exclusive dripper. Unless i missed something the order of evolution was iAtty, ody v1, ody v2.
IAtty is a tank system as well with more plastic/delrin inside and a much smaller ceramic cup. (Even smaller than Penelope). There was no housing as we know it now. The ceramic sat with two orings inside one of the delrin threaded bases (there are 2). A SS cone essentially screws on above the ceramic and acts as flow control but I. Order to adjust that flow, you need to remove tip and top cap. But with iAtty it is stable enough to make your 1/4 turn or so and leave it. The tip and cone were two separate pieces unlike ody/penny where you turn mouthpiece to adjust flow.
It's actually a great concept. But the small ceramic is a big downfall. Not one to turn my wife away for her 7 iattys.
Oh. And if you ask my wife, shed say get the iAtty over the ody/penny any day of the week. But know that it's different. The GG wiki has diagrams, I just don't have the link.
With the iAtty you can have SS drip tip, or delrin. Custom for it. Or you can add a Kir fanis adapter and use any drip tip you wish. Different. Just get used to the tighter wraps in a smaller ceramic

I think, though, since I'm so happy with my Pennys, I'll just sit tight and wait for Ithaka or Archilles, whichever comes first.
Speaking of Kir Fanis, BTW, I have his clear tanks on both Penelopes; the original 3ml crystal clear on one, and his latest creation, the 4ml Ice Clear on the other. I've dubbed his Ice Clear tank the "Fanis Fog"
