I love your signature -- I did a lot of preparation for quitting this time *(this FINAL time) and got an app that shows me all that (time passed, money saved, milestones in health improvement). It has helped tremendously. It's called DropIt! Congratulations on your progress!!!!
You will be amazed at money saved if you can avoid shinyitis lol

Lemme guess, you use a 6 wrap 22awg 3mm id rocking at .15 on a dual battery mod?
I haven't used a tank in almost 3 years. Ima mech mod kinda girl, I vape using a Goon built at .28 on a copper Rose Finch.

You don’t mention nic in your post leleegrrl. Make sure you are getting enough nic in your juice to satisfy the physical urges. My suggestion is err on high side to begin with. No amount of flavor can fill that void. If you find yourself chain vaping and still not feeling satisfied, up the nic.

As for flavors, Candy Cane was one I also got when initially quitting and after a year it is still in my juice rotation. Cinnamon was another that seemed to work well early on. Is bold and fairly sweet. It must be vaped from glass tank only as it will crack or cloud plastic tanks. Had a bottle of 24 mg Cinnamon as my backstop if all else failed and it worked like a charm when needed.

Your gear sounds more than sufficient here to separate yourself from the cigs. As far as the perfect vape, let me know when you find it. After a year am still searching. Seems like a moving target that changes from day to day..

and now a voice from the other side of the fence....

maybe you are expecting too much from your vape??

just a thought :)

Well, that's what I told myself sometimes back before I started smoking again... but then I see so many different options and ways of doing this and so many people talking about their "sweet spots" and perfect vapes, and I thought it's got to get better than this. I'm also starting to think that if I just take a little time to read every couple of days here on the forum, I might learn some things that I've done wrong, too. I'm not usually super-picky, but the low flavor just seems not right. I am sure part of the low flavor could be due to smoking as well. That will improve. But I remember never being fully satisfied even when I'd been smoke-free and vaping for a couple of years. It's a fair question you raise, for sure. I guess after trying a few more things I'll know if I'm being too demanding. :)

that's a great point... and i know you're a low watt vaperer... but maybe it's time for you to upgrade to a baby beast! kidding!

nic is definitely a factor... but that can change depending on the type of coils. the general advice is if you're above 1 ohm you can vape much higher nic, when you go below 1 ohm the usual advice is 6mg or lower... of course there are some outliers who can vape high nic at sub ohms.

Sounds like a nice "plug and play" type of device would get you going in the right direction! I just picked up the vaporesso tarrot nano and it's pretty cool! 80w with temp control. The tank is small but the coils seem to be holding up very well. The device automatically sets the wattage. Nice adjustable airflow. The whole kit is around $60

That sounds nice and easy. :) Thanks! Making a nice long list so I can check everything out in a couple of days and figure out what to try (first, lol).

From a simplicity standpoint, I was looking for a nice little out and about device, something easy to pocket on the boat! Usually while driving I have my Hexohm's with tanks or drippers. Higher power devices may be something you grow into but small, easy to maintain will alway have a spot for me!!

which is why my topbox mini start kits will never stop getting used until they die.
