I know this would be better in another forum, but I do not have enough posts yet (spent way too much time reading and lurking).

Has anyone ever used this vendor? I placed an order from them on Monday. Within an hour or so I received the following email: Your Order has processed. Additionally, As our boss recommended, we have decided to HOOK YOU UP with 20 free cartridges (10 Black Flat Mouthpiece and 10 Black Round Mouthpiece), and 1 free flavor of Cappuuuuccciiinnnoo. YUMMY! You'll receive shipment tracking information within 48-72 hours. Enjoy!

I did a search on this forum and didn't come up with anything. I'm just curious if anyone has had a good/bad experience with them and if they know where they might be based so I could estimate shipping time. I can't tell where this company is based, although my guess might be the UK. Shipping was a flat rate at $19.00. Prices seemed pretty good on everything else though. (Although I just noticed that I accidentally picked an automatic battery in black. I hope I got my starter kit with the manual battery!)

NHaler has the manual batteries..they are $11.50. He also has samples of all his juice. The HV (high Voltage) juice is awesome. They are really really good. He also has lung juice, which is where he has added herbs to help lungs heal. They are $4 or $5 each depending on what you like. His shipping is a flat $10 unless you buy $100 worth and then it is free. He does have a coupon code saveinnj that will save you 10% off your order. I highly recommend him. You can go to his forum and read about all the stuff he has. Hope this helps!! :)

I just ordered from them yesterday. I have ordered from cignot before, but they were out of 510's. I got a similar email today...notice of free cartridges and that my order was being processed. Usually with other places like cignot, inhaler and litecig the order would have been shipped the same day it was placed, or at least the very next day. Smokedigitals prices were good, but the shipping is way higher than anywhere else! I'm sure we will get our orders but it doesn't look as though they are as quick as other suppliers I've used.

Innovapor.com can hook you up cheap as well. I am surprised to hear that you posted a question and nobody answered, that's generally not the problem around here. Fast shipping you should get your order within a few days tops. There a few places to get them in the states really, not sure if that other place was in the UK or not but that is more expensive than shipping from China which is usually $15 or free by slow boat.

I just went to the site myself and looked around. The prices are not cheap enough to come from China so perhaps your right on your UK guess. It's hard to say though they have DeKang juice which is a product of China but that don't mean they are in China, they could just have a Chinese import connections. The bottom of the page has their logo and it says California on it but I suspect that is just where the hosting or webdesign was performed.

I got my shipping notification from smokedigital yesterday afternoon. I asked them a few questions and got very quick replies. I did ask them where they were located so I could get an idea of shipping time and this was what they sent back:

Hello Allison,

We are based in sunny California (well it's getting colder); Los Angeles to be exact. Our manufacturer was being a tad bit snooty with customs because of their holiday and the size of our order. We've stocked up our inventory to avoid such nuisances for our customers in the future. Nevertheless, although not an excuse, you should have received half of the refund for shipping and some free stuff to accompany your order.

The top header is different than when I first ordered from them. Who knows - me asking where they were located may have inspired them to add something about it on their page.

They seem like a fairly new company. Although shipping was high, they had some pretty good prices with the 901 starter kit at $30 and the 510 around $35. I think they are just starting to carry the 901 stuff. I do like that they provide more color choices than some other companies and pretty much evertything you need can be found at one place. For a lot of folks, that would probably make the shipping cost worth it.
 
I had some questions about this company too. I think they just sprouted up and joined the e-cigarette community. I felt skeptical and ran across them on Twitter. I only started vaping several weeks ago, and my first purchase was with a different company. My second purchase of a 510 cost me almost $50. Trying to get the feel of different brands, I made various purchases from 3 companies in one day. My last purchase was with smokedigital.com and all of the items they had were identical to the other companies I purchased from. So far they've been the cheapest i've found and enjoy their products.

Let me know how it works out for you.

Well, my sister got her order from smokedigital yesterday. She had to go to the postoffice to pick it up. It did not contain any of the fluid she had ordered.

I got a notification that my order arrived at the post office yesterday which probably means that I will get my tried to deliver card today and tomorrow will be the earliest I can get it. I will update on if my order seems correct or not.

Unfortunately, picking it up at the post office will be a dealbreaker for me with any supplier. It will add 2+ days to shipping time and frankly I am tired of going to pick up packages! I was going 1-2 a month to pick up the cigs we had ordered and they were beginning to know me when I walked in the door. Not so good if the products you are picking up could be questionable depending on interpretation.

Oh, for a chuckle, my sister texted me and said that she didn't know how long to hold down the button and that it tasted awful. I told her to hold it down for a few seconds while inhaling, let off the button, and inhale for a second longer.

Then she had an ah ha moment. She was holding down the button for 5 seconds and THEN inhaling. Sometimes I really think she should have been born a blonde.

When I complained to SD about this they sent me a complimentary 510, charger, some carts and juice So that was nice but it still not my order. SD said that USPS tracking doesn't update very well so even though it says it's in China it might already be in the states. I don't know. But I still haven't got it. :confused:

Yes, the shipping is what is keeping me from ordering again from this supplier. I don't like the fact that they are based in the USA, but then are shipping things from China. They need to have their product here first and ship from where they are located. It is almost false advertising to me - thinking that I should have it in an average USA shipping timeframe, but really it should be a China timeframe.

I think I remembered reading something on their website that they were going to change this, but until I knew that for certain, I will not be reordering from them.

I wrote and complained that I still had not received my order and that tracking showed it was still in China 3 weeks after I ordered it so they put in another order for me and I got it a week later. The next day I got the order I had placed a month before. I asked Smoke Digital what they wanted me to do with it and they said KEEP IT for my trouble. Wow! That's awesome! So I have the extra kits they gave me up for sale in the classified section.

Smokedigital.com said they have their inventory in so new orders won't be coming from China. I would trust them to place an order with them again. They have great customer service! They always responded to my emails in a prompt manner.

I just wanted to put in a good word for them. :)
