I have to say that for me, the only thing that kept me from quitting is an ECF friend who sent me a variable volt he no longer used. As soon as I upped the voltage it made a world of difference to me. It was like night and day. That doesn't mean you have to but if you can, get a VV to try.

Does a KGO charger work with an e-go twist? Anyone????

I was hoping to get a vamo soon, I have a spinning wheel for sale at the moment, soon as the sucker sales I'm gonna get one :) I was hoping it would be a night and day change for me. Although, I will have to figure out how to work the vamo :) but Hopefully I can get some help around here.
I did read that the Vamo isn't really for new people, but I would rather get something that I wont have to change again.
What do you think?

It really helps to know I have people in my corner :) thanks to all you guys for the great advice and kind words. I was hoping for my cartos in todays mail, but they didn't show up. I'm still tootin on my nova though and while it's not the best thing I'm gettin by. :) And I still haven't given in and smoked!

Glad to know "You" are . . . View attachment 195548

However, if you do give in - just do not beat yourself up over it, because it does happen to a lot of people when they start - including "Me" . . .

Just - Remember it is not what "You" had - it is what "You" didn't have today . . . :D

AND - "charmschool" made some really GREAT Points in their post . . . Which reminded "Me" about something I forgot to mention that "You" might want to do some research on is - that "Nicotine" is consider by some as a Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs) . . . There are many post here on ECF about this and on the web . . . Just a suggestion . . . ;)

LOL. I suspect that there are many who have not been that lucky but are afraid to admit it. Frankly, sometimes having to mess with and tweak all this stuff gets me so ...... off that if I don't have a cig, something will go flying out a window.

OH - "YOU" know I am not shy about amitting that I am still having problems quiting View attachment 195550. . . :D

BTW: When the time comes - from experience can I say just don't do this . . .

You shouldn't be having issues with your vivi. That is a bombproof tank ! Very easy to rebuild and it vapes like a freight train. I use the ego upgrade battery and turn it to the 4.2 V setting and run my vivi and I guarantee it vapes just as good as the pricey mods.

and I think thats why I need to upgrade my battery, then *hopefully* I wont want to punch the nova in the jeans anymore.

I'm not really sure why they say it isn't for new people. It can be a toss up I suppose but it seems that most end up needing that little extra "oomph" so why waste money on something you know is just not working for you?

There are things to learn with a higher voltage device but you will do just fine by asking questions. =) I will say, don't start out at the highest setting. Just move yourself up in increments until you find what you like. And that may vary with whatever juice you are using. Some do well with higher volts and some not so much.

I seriously feel like throwing in the towel right now. I can't seem to figure out what it is I need (that I can afford) Here lately nothing seems right.. the taste is weird or non existent with my vivi nova tanks and with my clearos badly burnt tasting. I've had a headache for a week now.. not sure what thats about. I went to buy a new tank today, decided on iclear30, ordered 2 of them, then read they don't work with the regular kgo batteries I have. I'm grumpy, broke and just ready to give up. I would love to be able to get good batteries, but can't afford it right now so I'm gonna have to make due with what I got. What can I get for these lame kgo batteries so that I have good flavor and for the LOVE OF BOB no BURNT taste??

Headache is prob from dehydration. Plus, tastes fluctuate for a couple/few months till one adjusts.

I have the eGo Twist 1000 mAh with Mini Vivi Novas. I am currently using the 2.4 Mini and the twist is at 4.4. I love it! I haven't tried the other heads that came with it yet. But I love this one...no leaks either. I did order a couple Kanger T3's just to try them. Haven't received them yet. I was a pack and a half a day smoker for 50 years. Haven't had an analog cig since I got my "kit". Good luck in finding what works best for you!

Yep, my tastes are going nuts right now at 8 weeks analog free. Went from strawberry ice mixed with menthol and grape to blueberry pie and the buds are still freaking out. Looking at DIY now to prevent too many samplers sitting unused... golly its goooood though! (Sorry, love me some Jim Tom from Moonshiners)

Vaping is a lot of fun and the flavors are amazing (mostly). So much better than the stinkies that's for sure! A buddy gave me a vape off some nasty juice that tasted (to me) like a cigarette freshly burnt and I nearly gagged. .. why oh why did I smoke that s**t for so long? Bleh!

For me, the ego-c got me quit and the VAMO got me to stay... there is such a vast difference in a VV or VW device (improvement) i cant go back to the stock ego let alone analogs...

Vape on, Vape strong!

Weedy just stick with it.. It can be a bit frustrating I know.. But with effort and concentration it can be done.. here is something that helped be when I was having a bad time for a few days. The ViVi Nova's I have came with a couple of different head's I have found that on the KGO the 1.8 ohm gives a little better vape. The 2.4 ohm to me seems to mute the flavor to the point that it seem's burnt/dry.. The other thing that I did was buy some tabaco flavored jucie dkeang red is what I used also the flue cured is good. I had forgot I had and hadn't even touched in like 10 days. I was having a really bad day and some pretty heavy mood swings to go with it and everything just tasted like crap. i tried the the tabaco flavor and almost instantly changed my mood in 10 minutes I felt my balance coming back. It is a thought and it did help me past the rough spot and still does at times. Keep up with this it is much better for you in the long run. The other that helps me is just coming to this site and reading everyone else's experience. There are lot good people here that just plain and simple want to help..

Don't be so modest Weedy!

you know, after reading about this I don't feel very deserving of a nomination. I mean I have some supplies- batteries and juice- where as someone else may have none. I'm just struggling with the delivery system.. i don't feel right about taking a chance away from someone else. I do appreciate, more than you know, that you thought of me and want to help, but I don't want to take any chances to win from someone with a greater need than me.
