I have OD'd on chocolate and butterscotch and cappucino and I'm actually looking for something clean, without too many additives, sweeteners and other heavy stuff. Something really light and...herbal? I don't know. Any ideas? A healthy juice? Like the lung juice sold elsewhere? I need something pure. Whatever that is.

MMMMMMMmmmmmmm (I'm assuming you're talking about in addition to whatever flavors you already have available in either prefilled cartos or refill juice; if you only mean prefills, my list here would expand!):

For starters (bold = my own favs, rest observed as favs in the wild... many will surely occur to me after this too!)...

Virginia
Cuban cigar
Kent/Kant
Camel
- you're right from what I see, tis popular
A menthol + tobacco if that isn't what your current menthol is
Green tea
Pineapple

Pear
Banana
Cinnamon a.k.a. fireball kinda thing and/or cinnamon roll
Clove - seconded big time!!
Cappuccino & butterscotch do seem like necessities these days
(555, concur for sure)

Ok so yeah I do like 'baccy flavors obviously! :) But part of the reason so far has been that it's very hit or miss what will tickle my throat too much to vape (unrelated to PG/VG or any nic level above 0); so far the ones that tend to tickle me most are the dessert flavors. My problem only obviously tho, they're very popular! Like:

Cobblers and pies
Strwb/chry/bb cheesecake
Chocolate anything (banana, mint, strawberries, coconut, etc.)

I suspect baccys will remain my favs no matter what, tho I've heard some say that changed for them over time. But the baccys don't actually taste much like baccy to me (better by miles!) or anything; just more neutral than the others or something imho.
