 Whoo Hoo!
My supplier status just changed to Accessories Supplier from Offline Vendor up until now.

This means...

My website is up and running! Just got the OK from Misty to let everybody know. Also need to change my Sig pic, but I've been given the ability to make it clickable - and I did!

The website's pretty simple, actually. I built it over the last several days (learned I'm definitely NOT a web programmer!). I still have quite a bit of work to do (and learning) as it's not quite done yet. Go have a look and let me know what you think. For now, everything listed is going to be built to order - much like I do now.

I'll add another page in the coming weeks and months for holders I'll build for stock, and have available for immediate shipment.

Regards,

Rick

Congrats Rick!!

Didn't you want to get 20 entries or the contest would be cancelled??

Yes - but I didn't count, and thought we had more than only 8 entries! I'll extend the contest for about another two weeks - ending on August 15 now.

Oh... and HUGE Congrats on the new status!!! :thumb:

Thanks! Website building is fun, and frustrating at the same time! I'm just new, it'll get better...

Btw, have you ever thought of setting up a page on FB?? There are a lot of vendors on there now since they stopped trying to shut down the Ecig related stuff... :thumb:

(and it's not as hard as setting up a website... lol)

Yes! It's on "the list"... I was doing some SEO (search engine optimization) research today, and pretty high up on the list is FB. They say the search engines are now looking at links people share on FB to help rank a site and affect it's page position on searches. Also, the more places and sites a link going to my site appears will raise it's search rank. I should probably add a contest link on my website... be right back...OK, done and published!

I'm probably going to spend a good bit more time with the website - I'm going to close my Custom Holder and Charger Holder thread to open a new thread concentrating on website news. I'll still have links to the other threads. I've already made many changes in just the last couple days. Looking into how to code in a coupon or discount code box...

Getting some great entries!

That's my step fathers pack, my brother's (I think. I have stolen multiple pairs from family and bought a couple) working pants, and my vape stuff. Plus some random bits in the bag

Basically... It's what I'd see every time my brother was coming home on or going back from leave. Granted, he's USN so had a seabag, but close enough. Patriotism to me, is family and then love and knowledge of your country. Being willing to leave your family to go do your job is a big friggin part of it.

Eagles, flags, etc are symbols of it, but that up there? That's my family, and my family is my reason for patriotism. :)

I admit it's a horrible (and boring) cell phone pic and requires explanation, but that's what's been running through my head to submit.

That's awesome - the explanation made it. The quality of the photo is not really a factor - if it looks pretty, that's nice, just not necessary.

My son is currently USN over in Virginia, and will be going to the Middle East shortly. I get a bit choked up with patriotism just thinking about it.

Good job,

Rick

k, here is my entry and a small story.....

Something patriotic and vaping....... check
posting in the correct thread......... check

I love that I live in America for many reasons. One reason that I have never mentioned to anyone is....
I am allowed to be....... me. However I want to be. To believe how I want to believe. Freedom is never cheap.
It always has a very high price tag. My late husband Bud was in World War II. He was quite a lot older than
I am but his ship was sunk at Okinawa. They were in the water for two days and nights as he watched as many
of his friends drowned waiting for rescue. He fought and lost more friends during that war. He had scars that
never healed. My first husband (high school sweetheart) was in Vietnam war (and still has scars) and afterwards
spent 8 years serving in Germany. I was with him. Away from home for a very long time. My daughter was born
in Frankfurt, Germany. My son was on a ship in the middle of god only knows where in Desert Storm. Months
seemed like years...... waiting.

I have so much love and respect for any and all who serve.

My little reason seems pitiful in light of these sacrifices..... I am allowed to be..... me.

thank you
Morri
