On that note, how well (width wise) does something like a TaiFun fit on an MVP2???

Not well. The MVP is ego threaded so you need the included beauty ring to hide the ego threads. That ring will support a 19mm tank without looking too stupid. I only use it for my aerotanks. It also sits up too high for the same reason. Nothing against the MVP - it's a solid unit and great for a starter.

The Taifun looks really sweet on a Hana or Cana. Fits into that 23mm well for a real nice fit.

HA! i am amazed that nobody has mentioned the reo to me... yet. yes, it is on my mental wish list. a guy at work brought his in yesterday to let me take a look at it and dang, it felt good in my hand! first order of business? learning how to build my own coils

I haven't been building them long, just a little over a month and I build coils like a girl! And they work! lol

Yup... I'm going to HD tomorrow to look at what I can put on my belt for at work.... Issue was not mod strength, issue is abuse... Going to check out flashlight pouches, etc....

mvp2 doesn't get hot enough although it is very nicely throwaway priced and don't have to carry batteries.....

Pretty much between that and the full stainless ZNA clone right now... I'll pull the trigger on something in the am.... I'd certainly like to spend 40 instead of 80, but there's a couple juices that 11w just doesn't do it for me...

I would say just snag an MVP, but I've been rocking a KFL+ nano on mine recently and it's way too topheavy to bring out and about. Switched to the SVD but that's a ..... to carry around even in 18350 mode (and a measly 800mah). After lots of research, I'm goin with the Cloupor DNA 30 to rock my kayfun. The things is sturdy, wont wobble/tip over a lot with a hefty tank on it, decent locking and screen, and passthrough so you never, ever have to worry about running low on battery at work as long as a usb cable is around. The Sigelei 50w/IPV3/100/150 watts etc etc all look sexy and nice and im sure are cool for dripping, but for the kayfun you really don't need anything above 30 watts. IMO, anything above 30 watts is pretty unnecessary (depending on your resistance of course). For like ~30 bucks more than the MVP, the Cloupor basically kicks its ... up and down the street

Agreed. Ordered a Robbot ZNA clone. Full surgical stainless like a real ZNA, and has the cloupor zna 30 chip in it. Wish I could find the sxa300 chip from the amod for sale to swap into it but oh well. Can't wait for it to get here. I don't like the whole light saber tube mod thing at all. Either zna type or box mods from here on out.
