If you screw your Protank or the charger too tight on the Spinner you'll end up pushing in the center post in the Spinner. I have used a small eyeglass screw driver to gently wiggle the post out a bit. Some people like to use a unbent paperclip. Be gentle and work slowly around the post. A small tweak, rotate 90 degrees and another little tweak until you've gone around the post twice, then try it.

Yes figured it out. Sorry I'm dense when it comes to the inner workings of anything. It's why I refuse to rebuild anything hahaha

You're not dense Shellie, you're learning a new technology and that just takes a bit of time and patience. Good on you for figuring it out :thumb:.

As for rebuilding things, that's not necessary for a good vape, but it's also not all that hard. If you ever find you feel like experimenting with that stuff you're in the right place to get all kinds of help with it.

Hope the Spinner and Protank are working for you now.
