AD-103 and 18650

How long should it take to charge a 18650 on the AD-103 charger? I don't know the MAh as I scraped it out of a DVD Battery Booster, but I had it on the charger for 4 hours and the light remained red. Any ideas?

AD-103 is 330ma so it could take approximately 6 to 7 hours depending on the discharge state of the battery..

depending on the output mAh of the charger it could take 8 plus hours.
