Adapter for Kanger MT3

I have a Vamo and an eVic and am using Kanger MT3's. I have discovered that I should get adapters to raise the MT3's up to flush with the top. I am not sure what adapter to buy. Can someone help with a link to the correct adapter?

i have a vamo and mt3's and havent had any problems aside from growing pains and swaping flavor tanks (dumped half a tank down my shirt when the base stayed with the vamo). just curious why you need the lift?
