I had ordered from Welcome to www.addictionejuice.com last week & received Cotton Candy, Butterscotch & Root Beer in High strength (18 mg). I have been following some other threads here on the forum that really tore into this company & was concerned about the quality of the product. When I received my shipment (3 days) I tried all 3. I found the taste of the Cotton Candy & Butterscotch quite good with the Root Beer a bit too subtle for me. As stated in the other threads which I found to be true was a total lack of "Throat Hit". I think this was due to the fact that the juice is a PG/VG mix with a bit too much VG. JC VG juices give me the same effect. I contacted Addiction with the problem on Sat. & requested a sample from their new batch they claimed would take care of the problem. They sent me 20ml of Cotton Candy free which I received today (Monday). Rather quick shipping to Dallas. The new product came in a 'child resistant' bottle with removable dropper (which takes care of some of the concerns posted on other threads). The flavor of the new juice is quite good & the throat hit was massive in an 801. I understand why some of the posters were unhappy with the original product, but also see most have been vaping for less than a month. I don't think they had experienced any prior problems with sellers that we now consider top vendors. A bit of communication & realizing this is a new product area with many pitfalls of reliability & consistancy will make everyone's experience better. Addiction is not the first (JC) & prob. not the last e-liquid vendor to supply a sub par product that needed to be tweaked. I would hate a stream of bad reviews from only a few members, who apparently did not contact the vendor to work the problem out, put anyone out of business. We have enough stocking problems & delays in shipping to kill a new vendor without giving them a chance to solve a problem. As of right now I would give this company only 1 thumbs up, but will order from them again. I find their flavors different & quite tasty if they can keep up the quality of their new formula. I hope other members who purchased from the original batch & were justifiably disappointed will exchange it for the new product & re-review the juice.

What do you mean? Are you saying they're now sending the bottles sealed with a childproof cap and dropper on the side, like TW does?

I ordered on 3/23 and received my order on 3/25.

I think the problem was, none of the bottles were factory sealed.

If you are referring to the plastic ring or shrink on band some bottles come with the answer is no. The dropper is attached to the child resistant cap. I have gotten many bottles from other vendors on this forum, including Janty, which did not have seals on them either. I guess I may not be as concerned, as others, about someone adulterating the juice after manufacture. I think they would put themselves quickly out of business & face arrest if something harmful was added. I did appreciate the child resistant caps for keeping young ones out of the juice.

EDIT: Actually, pictures of the old bottles would be useful too. CSSReb? Do either of these bottles resemble other suppliers' bottles?

addiction juice sent me out a free sample of their new product on Thursday, hopefully I will get it today. I will let you know if I also have a positive experience with the their improved juice.

I did appreciate the child resistant caps for keeping young ones out of the juice.

My order came with the childproof caps as well, but not the 36mg of nicotine I ordered.

Nicowolf, my camera isn't here but let me try a verbal description. The old bottle was the same as what I get from PS, a drip top insert with twist off cap, but without the sealing ring you have to break to open the first time. The new style is the same bottle but with a different top. It has a built in pipette (1ml) in the top which has a ring that you have to hold down while you twist. It is the same type cap I get on many prescriptions. On another note I know there was concern about the nic. content of the liquid. The new batch gives quite a tingle & burn when placed on the tongue. I am not having any nic. cravings after using this all morning. I hope my description is understandable

I have been speaking with addiction juice for over two weeks now, and they sent me an email saying they don't have the new stock in at this moment, and that they would email when it would be ready.

It looks like gryffandor & me are the only ones who were shipped out free samples of their new and improved formula. I just got notice mine is at home waiting for me, so I will see if I get the same results as gryffandor.

So, at this time they do not have the new and improved juice for sale.

Thanks Kaeo for the heads up. I have not gotten an email from them yet. I did send them a request today to exchange the rest of my orig. order for the new stuff. I hope they restock soon, I'm enjoying the sample the sent.

Ok, so the bottle looks like the 10ml bottles most of our suppliers use, but with a cap that opens by pushing and turning simultaneously like prescription caps. I understand that part now. Thank you Gryffandor and CSSReb. I am listening (reading) closely to see if the nic content issue is resolved. Their prices look good, but if it doesn't have that hit, it isn't worth the postage to ship it, much less the price to buy it.

you will have a 2nd review by 5:40 central time, once I get of work. I still have the original watermelon from their first batch. They shipped me a sample of their new and improved watermelon. So, I will be able to an accurate comparison side by side.

Nico, all I can report is I'm getting quite a hit from the new sample. This is very subjective & I have no way to verify the nic quantity in solution. I look forward to seeing Kaeo's review later today to see what he thinks. After the first batch I don't blame anyone for being skeptical. One more note. The original batch I ordered was 18mg & the sample I got is 36mg. I am getting a similar hit to my PS 36mg juices. I vape from 36-16mg products daily.

I recently ordered from Addiction. First of all, it took a full 8 days to receive it, via USPS. Secondly, the bottles did not look like what you rec'd. Thirdly, all 3 flavors, watermelon, peppermint, & root beer were the same color. A very dark muddy brown. The taste was not great at all. I was concerned about the color. Yes I am a new member but have purchased juice from PS, TW, TV, and Janty. None have been that color, including the chocolate from TW. I came across the thread yesterday where Shimmy was stating she returned the product and now Addiction is saying they won't refund because they never rec'd it. Slightly alarming. I emailed them twice yesterday about wanting to return my bottles and haven't heard from them yet. I rec'd emails slightly faster before when I was wondering where my order was. I returned mine today with a CC via USPS. There have been issues with them involving PP too. Like I stated yesterday, I am not quick to badmouth a supplier, especially publicly, but when we have concerns and they are not addressed or acknowledged it raises a red flag in my book. If they handle my return with no problems I will be the first to acknowledge that here. If it goes badly, the same will be true. I'm just waiting to see how they handle this. Whether we are new members or not, we deserve good customer service like everyone else.

I just put in a big order from Addiction... I got several no nicotines and a single +nicotine flavor, so I'm not expecting anything much from throat hit. However, I certainly hope I don't get duds.

I got an email from addiction juice today, and they said the new and improved liquid is not for sale yet. I would email them now, and tell them to hold off on your order till the new stuff is available.

They only sent out a few samples of the new stuff to a few members on here, so we could give them feedback on their improvements. I will be home in about 1hr from now, and I have the new sample waiting for me.

Yeah, I for one will never buy from these people. They are shady no mater how you slice it. They changed their website address already and knocked down the old site. Now there on a new site with a new look and new "product"? I will not be their guinea pig. If someone is going to attempt to bring a new product to market, it should be a final product ready for the general public.

Idaho, I understand what you are saying about customer service. The vendor I have purchased with most over the last 5 months is PS. There were times (before the move) that I emailed Steve with problems 3-4 times over a few week period without getting a reply. This was not the service I had become accustomed to from PS so I cut him some slack. All issues were finally resolved to my satisfaction. PS remains my favorite vendor. Addiction seems to be a new vendor & may very well have some bugs to work out. I hope your bad experience with Addiction will resolve itself shortly.

Arg. I think they've already shipped my liquid. I'll e-mail them if I've got issues with their liquids, and try my hand at their customer services. I'm crossing my fingers hoping that I'm fine with what they have to offer.
