Hey everyone.
I previously purchased a couple of juices from Mt Baker and believe I have found my favorite, hazelnut. I got one extra flavor, but still not quite sweet flavorful enough for me. They sell juices on their website for people interested in mixing their own juices. Since there extra boost of flavor is $0.25 each, would it be fine to just buy a 15ml bottle of the hazelnut flavoring and add it to the premixed juice?

Probably a stupid question, but just wanting to make sure if I add my own flavor if there is a risk of adding too much and ruining my set up.

Thanks!
Tyler

Hi!

If you are buying flavoring additives from known e-cig sources you'll be fine. What I'm saying is you don't want to venture into "not good" territory adding things you should not - like oil based liquids. If in doubt, ask first.

Having said that, you are at a greater risk ruining your liquid, rather than ruining your equipment, by adding too much flavor. You can go too far - too much of a particular flavoring isn't always a good thing. Proceed slowly. Keep in mind too that Mt. Baker produces their stuff right as it goes out the door. You are getting freshly mixed liquids and their flavor can get more intense over time. Even a few days sitting and steeping can make a difference with his stuff.

Thank you for the quick reply. I am definitely going to let these juices sit for awhile to see how that helps. And yes, ruining a juice after getting it would also be pretty crappy. Better to just be patient :). Thanks again!

Ive been mixing and adding to flavors I dont like to change them so I can vape them and not have to throw them away.
If you get non nic consentrated flavors they will reduce your nic level in the juice so just keep that in mind. Adding a few drops probably wont change it to much per ml.
Wally world sells LorAnns back in the cake decorating department. 2 drams for like 2.25. They are super strong so becareful.

+1 on the LorAnns warning. that stuff is strong! half a drop will suffice for flavor enhancement.

Can't bring myself to simply dump something (nothing totally unpalatable as far) that I paid for, can get some interesting combinations that way...

Last night I turned a 10ml bottle of Orange de Sangre from Highbrow into a pretty darn good tasting Orange Creamsicle by adding Vienna Cream (FlavourArt) and Sweet Cream (FlavourArt) flavorings to taste :thumb: The Highbrow Orange was good, very pronounced flavor, very much like eating a real one, I just got the urge for a Creamsicle :)

Good luck, nothing wrong with experimenting...
