Adding new signature photo , Help Please

Just like the last time, I keep getting that some line is too long...
Ive tried to resize it, lower the size/ res

What am I doing wrong

Here is what I want to add to my signature

Oh well, just like the last time, just keeps saying line 4 is too long ?

I resized it to less than the 400 x 65

Did you try removing what you already have that is X'd out ?

Did either of you see anything obvious as to why I could not get it to work, ( we all know they are too nice to tell me its just that Im doing it all wrong )
