Adding nicotine liquid to cutter?

What is the most potent liquid you can get with just nicotine in it that i could add to mad murdocks cutter pluid so i can add nicotine yet keep as much flavor as possible? Links to where to buy the nicotine would be helpful as well. Thank you.

so adding 4.5 mls of the 100mg would make 15mg/ml liquid correct?

if you do 5.3ml of 100mg nic and add it to 30ml cutter you'd end up with 15mg nic, 35ml of juice
