adding PGA to juice

I am planning on cutting down my nic level from 18 to 12 (maybe 8) but since i still want TH, im planning on adding some PGA to my juice. The juice that gives me the most TH is bwb's applewood tobacco (and tastes good) so im adding the PGA to that. How many drops of PGA should i add to 30ml? Where can i buy the PGA from?

PGA can be purchased at any liquor store. Some people use vodka to increase the TH.
