My Magma is awesome. I'm a mouth to lunger, and it's one of the few rda's that has a single or dual 1mm mode.

I was thinking about the Magma to suggest... I haven't tried one personally, but I thought it might work well for the intentions of the OP...

Maybe it's just me but I find that an airy draw is just a matter of getting used to it. When I started vaping 6 mos. ago I wanted a tight draw to emulate a cigarette. When I first tried drippers about 4 mos. ago the airy draw was really off putting. I stuck with it because I liked the better flavor and the option to change juices often.
Now I only use drippers and have a collection. I vape them all wide open and I only mouth to lung. I don't like lung inhaling at all. Seems perfectly normal to me now.
When the airlfow is really restricted the vapor production seems low and the flavor seems almost too intense and acrid.
Maybe I'm just odd but mouth to lung on a wide open dripper is a fantastic vape for me now.

Hmm. I have a Stillare and I`m a MTL guy mostly. I close up the air slits until I can can barely see daylight through the slits and it hits really good for MTL. I have found that a drip tip with a much smaller opening (KF mini tip) really helps with the concentration of the vapor and puts that flavor right on my tongue also. At .4 ohm I`m not even thinking of changing it at all. Its my "sit down and get wasted" set up. :?)

My advice would be to embrace the lung hits. Before I really got into dripping, I only did mouth to lung. It wasn't until getting a good setup and some lower level nic juice that I was able to realize the awesomeness of lung hits. Now thats all I do. Even bought a kayfun for when I drive and its lung hits all day on that as well. Keep in mind too I was using 18 mg nic juice in my carto tanks before I started dripping. Went down to 6 mg for dripping and 12 mg for the kayfun. I will occasionally drip the 12 if i've been imbibing quite a bit though.

+1 on the magma. If you are planning on going clone, and can afford the extra 10$ or so go with the infinite clone. It is almost indistinguishable from the original paradigm, Iv'e handled them both side by side. The tobeco is far from junk, but the infinite is the buy in my book.
Careful with the Magma Clones depending on what mods you have on both the Tobeco and the infinite the 510 connection is far longer than the original and will not sit flush with many mods and will not work at all with many hybrid connectors just wiggles around as it goes past the threading.

I've found that RDAs with smaller real estate in the deck are top notch for mouth-lung hit. I've been stuck on the DC version of the A6 for a while, now. No AFC, but I did open one of the 2 holes for heat on one coil, but cloud from the other. the A6 comes in single or dual variants. I've had both. At present I've found home with the dual w/ 28ga @ .6ohm. All this sits atop my Reo Grand. Flavor is more pronounced with the A6, but without the sacrifice of TH and LH. YMMV, but give one a try. It's less that $20. All SS constrcution. Lowest profile, Best for mouth-lung hits IMO.
