I started vaping in 2010. I am currently still using Boge LR cartos with Ego. I leave off the cap and fill with juice frequently. I recently bought some Halo Cafe Mocha and love it, but in doesn't take long before the taste diminishes (a few hours or a day, at most). I thought maybe it's gunky up in the filler - I'm not sure - I'm no expert. I just wanted to find something that works with this I tried the Protank 2 and hate the cool airy vape. I need a hotter, more flavorful vape. I don't care about the "amount of vape" as far as what actually is seen (actually, the less vapor that can be seen, the more likely I'll be able to continue using it at work). I vape with quick short draws and vape a lot. I hate the new 10 second cut off on the newer Egos I've bought, as well, cause I used to be able to use the smaller, quicker vapes to get it nice and hot and flavorful. I'll take any suggestions!!! Thanks.

Try one of the ego twist or vision spinner batteries to get your voltage up a little. Or if you can stand a little larger, a Vamo, SID, SVD or something along that line. More power will give hotter vapor, along with shorter draw times. Second, have you tried dripping? If that would work for you, one of the above batteries coupled with a LR 306 atomizer will definitely wake you up!

The relationship between warmth of the vapor and distance between the coil and your mouth is quantifiable.

Simply put, you decrease that distance and you will quickly get a warmer vape. Maybe try something like a Super Shorty?
Failing that, you can increase your volts/watts, look into dual coil RDAs and rebuildables in general, and try finding a TINY drip tip, preferably a delrin or similar material as this will not cool down the vapor as it travels. Perhaps something like a Delrin Thor.

Best of luck :vapor:

have you tried putting those cartos in a tank?

It sounds like you like cartos, but just dont like when the flavor starts to diminish or the hassle of constantly refilling the carto, which is solved with a carto tank.

I hear ya on the airy draw on the protank. Heck, when I tried the evods, I was putting tape over or jamming toothpicks into the air holes...lol. And with the protank, if you started to mess with the draw too much, you got gurgling.

top coil devices give a warmer vape than the bottom coil products. the typical recommendations in top coil devices would be a vivi nova or the iclear lineup. Out of those two, I would suggest the iclear lineup. But I would really really recommend you try a carto tank.
