Well i finally just started rebuilding my vivi nova coils and I'm running into issue. I built a nice 1.2 ohm coil using 30 guage kanthal on 2.5 mil silica but I'm not getting near the vapor I should and some how it keeps flooding. Funny because before I kept having issues with dry hits and burnt taste and now its gurgling all the time and literally hasn't stopped half a tank in. Any advice from an experienced nova rebuilder would be helpful.

Hey Mattman,
You're ahead of me. I love my Vivi Novas, and have about 40 heads I'll need to rebuild before the end of the year. I've got my gear, but haven't done a thing with it yet. I'll be interested in the responses you get, so I'm subscribing to this thread. I'm sure somebody will come along with some great links (to give ME courage)! ;)

Thanks for posting, and good luck! :D

I don't have alot of experience with the vivi. The few I rebuilt I did my wraps over 2 strands of 2.5 mm silica and didn't have the gurgle problems. Just a wild guess you don't have enough wick in there to keep the juice from flooding.
