I have a relative who is a Pharmacist and was wondering about asking him if he could source PG/VG nicotene base liquid from him for a better price than I might be able to get it from one of the normal suppliers. Before I ask him about it I was wondering if anyone could advise me what I should be asking him for. What I mean is what should I call the base when I pose the question so that he understands what I am asking for?

He runs his own Pharmacy and has done so for many years, I had assumed that he might have some idea of where to source nicotene of a decent quality and price (or would have contacts that supply chemicals...), does it seem that odd? You do know that pharmacies sell VG don't you?
I suppose he would have information to chemical companies possibly. Best bet would be to ask him. I would think that if he had a way to get it at all in a lab type setting it would be more in a pure non diluted form. That being the case he would possibly be a reliable person to mix it being that he should understand how chemicals work and absorbtion rate if he read the msds and could possibly be able to mix it and or handle it safely enough for you.
Exactly what I am thinking, the question I am asking is do I just ask him if he can get "nicotine liquid" or is there a name for it that would make more sense to someone like him? My hope was that he could get high purity and good price and dilute it into pg or vg for me.
