Ok last week around thursday my usb charger went dead, and I had to wait for a new one and in the interim due to school wound up using analogs for a bit. Now I have my charger, and such but I am having a bit of difficulty getting back on the wagon? Has anyone else had this issue? Also I have noted since I am trying to switch back I have moments of moodiness and wondering if that has a connection with switching? I really want to get back to zero analogs again, with out driving myself nuts.

First thing I would recommend is to stop worrying about it. One idea is to set yourself a fixed # of analogs per day - try 3 or 5 - and vape to your heart's content. I think that sometimes the panic associated with stopping smoking and quitting "forever" is as bad as the addiction to the chemicals. Allow yourself to transition at a comfortable pace and don't be hard on yourself. Analogs will taste nasty against vaping and you may be able to walk away from the stinkies.

After the 3rd day hump things go much smoother. As many other's mentioned, remember that vaping is a positive thing. I strongly believe that how you view vaping is a big factor is how fast you switch from smoking to 100% vaping. Don't think of it as quitting smoking so much as changing your habit. Analogs cause cancer, are expensive, and have one flavor. With vaping your health will absolutely improve, its much cheaper comparatively once your set-up is established and the flavor options truly are endless. I never had this much fun smoking.

Don't beat yourself up either if you end up having some analogs, you may just need more time.
