In my experience, the hole on the smoketech tanks is too small for thick juices, and Boba's is the thickest juice I have.

The always awesome pbusardo says it with a megaphone. ;)

thanks for posting that video guy1. I was looking for a decent review on these smoketech tanks--now I have one--before I purchased. Phil does a great job ...and when that tank slips off the carto--just hilarious.

Really love the looks of the brush aluminum smoketech tanks for the price, and looks like they'll perform after expanding the hole in the carto. Note to self: don't hold it by the tank when attached to pv.

cheers,

I think y'all are yankin my chain on short stainless CE2 cartos to be in regular Boge size tanks like the ACT v3. LOL.

I have searched and searched and they don't seem to exist, although I haven't checked China.

Can someone post a valid link, or admit to the ruse? Ha ha ha

Have a good day y'all.

I still like my SS VPX cartomator tanks...also come in a variety of poly-carbonate colored tubes....these are the 2.5ml versions, charcoal grey, ruby red, also have sapphire blue....and I also have 2 5.5ml's also...one in sapphire blue, other in ruby red... the smaller tanks, I'm using 1.5 ohm DC's....the larger ones, 2 ohm DC's....

I'm having issues with 2.0 ohm dual coils...running them anywhere from 4.8-5.3 volts but are a very short while it starts reading the battery as dead and I have to replace the battery. I've had this issue before with dual coils...anyone else experience this?

The good news is I got my Boba's Bounty 100% VG juice to work well so far in my Lil Mama tank with a dual coil...my SR Boges should come tommorow, they are slotted and I hope I have similar performance but without the Provari acting whacky.

Yes,I've had that issue running lr dc atties on my provari--cut my battery life in half, and also getting the blinking light telling me the battery was dead but actually it still had power (3.7 volts). I won't run lr dc's on the provari anymore. Will only run them on my precise plus 18650 with a AW 2600mah battery--non high drain battery.

cheers,

Disfilam04, the boge cartos I have seem quite long and are supposed to be dual coil. I'm not sure about this but I think regular boges are shorter than the dual coil ones. Can you confirm this? If that were the case, that they be longer, would they fit the smoktech tanks?
Anyway, thanks for the Chibi tank info, I'll get one to try.

cheers,

Update: I got the smoktech 3.5mil tank and love it. The smoketech dc lr carto's (1.5ohm) are performing well 3.9-4.0 volts. I did see you can get these carto's at 2.5ohm.

After reading, it looked like I would have expand the pre-punched hole for thicker juices but this hasn't been the case. I started out with dekang pg and it worked great. Then tried some 50/50 without expanding the hole and it's wicking fine. I saturated the filler with 20-25 drops and let it sit for a hour and vaped away without any wicking problems--the 50/50 juice worked as well as the dekang pg.

cheers,

buy a self tapping saddle valve, cease having these issues :p

I have tried this and with the smoketech tanks the slight indent made from the saddle punch is enough that the carto wont slide over it.I got a dremel for Christmas so slotting should the problem. Just need to read my owners manual as I have no clue how to use it. The prepunched cartos have all worked great with my tank. Its almost worth the little extra cost not having to mess with punching/slotting them myself.
