In my experience, no, they do not work with 100% VG juices. That prepunched hole is sooo small. I'm currently using a liquinator with their prepunched (both sides) cartos and my 100% VG juices work just fine, however.

What sold me?
- It all threads together and SCREWS onto your 510 connector. The tank isn't going to slide off the carto.
- It will not leak
- Non-reactive plastic
Not sure what else the v4 will feature but apparently surgical stainless steel end caps will either be an option or all v4's will be that way.
