This is long. Feel free to skip to any section and not read it all if you like.

Story:
Ok, I'm really having some success. I've just crossed 4 days without an analogue cigarette, and I've got a feeling this is actually going to work! I tried and tried a year ago without success (my story here), but this time things are different. I think the main game changers for me are variable-voltage, via my ProVari Mini, and WTA liquid. (Thanks again to everyone in the previous thread)

Being able to vape at higher voltages is amazing. To be honest, I had my doubts it would make that much difference, but it does. For me, the warmer slightly thicker vapor really goes a long way toward making it feel more like smoking. It's much easier to get enough vapor to feel like I'm not sucking on a straw. I find I vape anywhere between 4.4 and 5.2 volts, usually 4.8-5.0 volts, depending on the juice. Variable voltage is much more satisfying. Still, alone it isn't enough, and I still get powerful cravings for an analogue, but that is where the WTA comes in. It's only 24mg, but it does the trick mostly. I really thought it was a gimmick, to be honest. I couldn't see how an extra 1% of trace chemicals would do anything, but there is some truth to it. I no longer have any doubts. Even the 12mg WTA does it for me. I can vape and vape on 36mg nicotine liquid, and I can still have killer cravings (along with the dizzies), but just a few drags on the 12mg WTA and the craving is toned down. So weird. I'd think it was psychological except I that I was an 'unbeliever' in the stuff... I really didn't think it would do anything.

Anyway, I do have questions:
I'm missing my comfortable habit. Smoking Camels was so easy. Just light up and smoke. Run out? Just grab ♠another. They were always ready to go, always tasted the same, and always satisfied. Upon thinking about it, I think I can narrow this down to three things: taste/feel, ease of use, and satisfaction.

1) Taste / Feel:

I really want to find my 'all day vape'. I don't have a liquid that really does it for me, and I am doing a lot of switching back and forth. I just want what I had with smoking. I want to find my 'brand' and just settle down. I have tried a ton of juices (I have a tackle box full), and so far, the closet I have to an 'all-day-vape' is, in this order: Johnson Creek's Red Oak Domestic, Dekang DK-Tab, Vermilion River Kentucky Premium Blend, and maybe BWB Casablanca, or Alien Vision's Gamel. All of the above are too sweet though except for JC Red Oak Domestic, and it can get a little boring, but it's growing on me. The DK-TAB is a weird taste. I don't really like it, and it's too sweet, but I find I keep coming back for more. It's weird. The VR KPB would be PERFECT if it wasn't so sugary. The Casablanca is weird too in that I love the taste and can't find anything wrong with it (except being a bit sweet), but I find I just don't want to vape it long. The AV Gamel is great for the thick vapor and decent taste, but it has strangely subtle floral notes that are off-putting. JC Red Oak Domestic and DK-Tab are getting me by, but I'm not very happy in this department. Any suggestions?

2) Ease of Use:
Vaping full time is still kinda... well, fiddly. I'm always running my Boge cartos dry, constantly refilling, little droplets of juice forming on the cap while vaping (I don't think I overfill), juice leaking out the bottom, carto getting too hot to touch, I carry around all this extra crap (bat, liquid, pv, etc), but on the up side I only swap batteries (18350s) about twice per day. I do have one SmokeTech DC Tank and it is nice, but its so big and odd looking and I already feel like I'm smoking a light-saber. I'm open to more tanks because they are convenient, but I honestly have been thinking about pre-filled cartos (if I could find a flavor I like). Overall, it just feels like... a lot. Is there a way to simplify this?

3) Satisfaction:
So far, this go 'round with vaping has been a success. Before, I was only able to cut down to 2-3 cigs per day, and that only with white-knuckle effort. This time with the new VV mod and WTA, I have cut them out completely in just a few days, and now its been four days since I lit up at all. Only trouble is... Vaping still isn't as satisfying as smoking. I'm still craving cigarettes. I can tone down the craving by vaping my head off and hitting the 24mg WTA, but it's tough. I don't think I'm going back to analogues because I feel like this is working, but this along with the other two issues above, does make me worry about it. My question is, will vaping become as satisfying as smoking? Will this craving for analogues go away or will I just have to live with it?

I feel your pain.

When I started there seemed so much to try it made my head spin.

Now though I've found my all day vapes, my tank and clearos, and my pv.

To answer your questions.

1. If you like tobacco but don't want it sweet maybe try desert ship from madvapes or light house or twilight from nitelite.

2. I've gotten away from filler cartos for the reasons you mentioned, right now at home and on the road I use vivi nova v2.5 tanks, theyre about as no fuss as you want, just fill and go and when the flavor starts to die just wash out the tank and clean the head (or replace).
For work I use ce3/phoenix bottom coil clearos, these things are marvelous, you can toss a couple in your pockets and don't have to worry about leaking,
they're easy to fill and give good flavor but some say the vape is too cool.
Like you I use these on a vari.

3. Only you can answer this question.
Vaping can be as satisfying as you want, at first I was a bit miffed with the hassle that came with pvs and the rest but now I've moved on to what I see as the least muss and fuss items.
Sure i could probably get my absolute perfect vape with a bulli or iatty pro or uly but the hassle of building coils and wicks seems (I may be wrong) too much work.

In conclusion, these are just my recommendations based on my experiences, find what works for you and makes you stay off the analogs.

Thanks, kaptkobe. I've looked at the vivi nova and it really does look awesome... and I've read that it vapes good too. I also really like that it screws together. The tank I have now makes me nervous to put it in my pocket because of how slippy-slidey it is. I've also read a lot of good about the ce3/phoenix clearos. It seems people either love them or hate them, but they look interesting. I've never used anything like that (I need a syringe, right?) but its worth a try. As for the juices, I have tried desert ship and liked it so-so, but I haven't had the other two. Can't hurt to get a sample size. Taste is so subjective I think they key is just to keep trying new stuff. Thanks for all the suggestions! ...and also for getting where it is I'm coming from.

Have a great 4th!

I just re-read my original post, and I hope I don't come off as too negative. I just got into writing and let it out I guess. In truth though, I am really happy with my progress. Amazed actually.

But I still feel like I am trying to 'figure this out', and I'm not finding it especially easy to settle into this new habit I guess. The EFC has taught me everything I know about vaping, so when I have questions I come here. Hopefully I'll get some good tips or pointers that'll make the transition that much easier. :)

Well... you *should* after time goes on get to a point, hopefully that analogs really truly do taste disgusting and even if you haven't found an "all day" just yet you still prefer the vape to the smoke. Just keep on vaping I think is the best thing to do. Vape hard though a craving and don't hesitate to drink extra water when you have to.

1.) I notice many many tobacco flavored juices. That's fine but what kinds of other flavors have you tried? If you havn't tried other flavors that might be your ticket. Some people do report they prefer a sweet, fruity, or even minty vape as an all day. Fruit menthol juices I've found are quite good. Very refreshing with summer heat. It's hard to suggest particular juice because flavor is so different for each of us. Have you tried using an old sample bottle, rinsing it out and adding 50% of one juice you like and 50% of something else? Since it sounds like you have so much juice it might be worth a shot.

2) I love Boge cartos I really do. As of late I've converted to cleromizers. Besides the back-splash I love it and it's easy to tell when it needs filling unlike cartos where you must take a drag, get that nasty taste and add drops. They're 50-50 with people it seems like. For me vaping has become 2nd nature. Is it a little more hassle? Ya. The positives are worth it. I'm in great shape(compared to when I smoked), my smokers cough is gone, I don't stink, I'm saving money(not that I have any to burn anyways), I don't cough up a lung every morning. If you give it time hopefully you will find your "groove" and it will be less hassle. You don't always need as much stuff as you think.

3) Your thought process will get you very far here. At least I'm a firm believer of positive/negative affirmations helping you along. Ex. Reminding yourself vaping is helping you. Tastes better. Money saving, LIFE saving, ect. While the smokes are robbing you of your health, making you feel like crap, stealing your stamina, and right now what you may be addicted to is actually a bucket-load of chemicals maybe you really would like to detox off. Sometimes people forget that last bit how our bodies are not just detoxing smoking but all the extra chemicals big tobacco adds to intentionally get you even MORE hooked. How soon untill they are 10$ a pack everywhere? Say it with me now.. "Screeeeeeeew That"

The analog cravings should eventually be close to non existent(for me at this point it is). Everyone is different hard to say for certain. In time the temptation is there but you know in the back of your mind it's going to taste pretty nasty.

Vaping in my experience has 99% become just as satisfying as smoking. I have my moments that I know kind of in a strange like an alcoholic way... even if I wasn't a vaper... even if I quit cold turkey.... there's a little bitty part of me that's a smoker. That every once in a blue moon thinks about lighting up but chooses not to.

Awesome post, frosting!

That's encouraging. Actually the more I vaped, the more analogues started tasting harsh. Now that I'm off of them, I'm just vaping like crazy to stay away from them, and it is working so far. I'm just hoping it starts to get easier. I guess it has only been four days, and all my friends and coworkers smoke analogues, which keeps it on my mind 24/7.

1) Yea, I have stuck pretty hard to tobacco flavors. I have tried others, mostly small samples. Off the top of my head, waffles, bandanna (Red Tail's banana), FSUSA's bilberry and blueberry-coconut, and all the flavors Bloog offers. I've liked some, but only in a novelty way... nothing I can imagine vaping very long. I'm kinda hesitant to spend money on them now, but it's worth a try. In general I like strong complex flavors. I like scotch neat, steak with no sauce, red wine, vegetable soup, bourbon, salads with no (or very little) dressing, all types of ethnic foods, dark chocolate, nuts, etc. Still, its worth trying some new things. I might find something I love that I wouldn't have expected.

2) I've actually just been looking at cleromizers and I'm intrigued. To be honest, I'm still a bit confused on what actually they are (aside from being clear). It looks like they have little wicks in them. It's worth a shot. Is there a specific brand you like, or is 'cleromizer' the brand? I'm still unclear on that. Also, maybe you're right -- its only been a four days so I'm still finding my groove. When I think about it, when I started analogues I didn't know how many I'd go through in a day, if I needed an extra pack, how long a lighter would last, etc. There was a slight learning curve. I suppose it will be the same here... and once I start seeing the health benefits that should cement it (I've still had my friend the cough with me these last days).

3) Good point about the mindset. It goes a long way. I just need to stay positive and remind myself why I started vaping in the first place... price of cartons of Camels, persistent cough, getting bronchitis every spring since I started smoking, etc. And also you said exactly what I wanted to hear: that these analogue cravings will get better over time. I just quit, so it's pretty tough right now. Day 1 wasn't bad, but day 2 was awful, but now it is starting to get better when I think about it. As all this comes together, hopefully the satisfaction will grow as well.

Thanks!!!

What worked for me was embracing the differences between vaping and smoking rather than fixating on the fact that vaping isn't smoking. It took a while.

I had cravings like yours for months. In fact, something that still stands out to me about the cravings I was having is that I could actually feel a cigarette between my fingers when I wanted a cigarette. My brain missed smoking so much that it actually made my fingers feel a cigarette...

Exploring flavors helped a ton. Getting away from the idea that I should have an "all day vape" was more helpful than I can describe. When i was a smoker, I had "my brand" (coincidentally the same brand as yours). What I've learned from vaping is that variety is wonderful and the last thing I want is to ever be hooked on a "brand" again. --- I will mention that I did happen to come across a few juices that I use more than others. And, in fact, for the last 6 months, one juice makes up 100ml of my monthly 160-180ml habit. Even with a dominant juice in my line-up, I don't see myself ever just having one juice to vape. My suggestion is to try to find several juices you like.

Your second issue - "fiddling". For a very long time, I embraced that difference as well. Cigarettes were easy. Strike a match and everything works. Tinkering with my ecigs was sometimes a hassle and often distracting, but I was able to ritualize some of it (I filled cartos before bed - I cleaned attys on Saturday - I performed maintenance like cleaning etc on a regular schedule - I charged batteries and replenished my carry-around supplies every morning). That actually helped with breaking my smoking habit. I didn't really care about vaping being 'hassle-free' until I quite accidentally discovered a few things that made vaping a lot easier. The most important of those discoveries for me was feeders. These days, I have a couple of devices that have both all day battery life and an all day juice supply on board so I don't carry supplies with me any more and I don't have to tinker with anything to make them work. I have to admit that I do find it to be liberating.

Cravings and the feeling of satisfaction vaping might give you.... That's a tough one. I can tell you that after a couple of years of vaping, I do indeed find it completely satisfying. I don't find myself thinking I want to light up. I do miss good cigars. I do occasionally smell someone smoking "my brand" and miss it a little. I always remember why I wanted to be free of tobacco, though. As long as I can vape, I'll never light up again.

Funny thing about cravings - I sometimes find myself craving a juice I haven't had in a while. Sometimes it will even be one I don't recall liking all that much.

1) Non-sweet juice is tough, I went to DIY so I knew there was NO sweetener added. Madvapes Tobacco is decent, not too sweet.

2) The Vivi-Nova tanks are the best no-leak performers, that hold a reasonable amount of juice I've found.

3) The craving lessens, but I still feel drawn to cigs, and if I didn't have my PV it would be impossible for me.

Well I wish I could be more help on 1&3 but I think that a lot of what you're asking is subjective and of the "only you can answer that" variety.

I can however talk clearos and wick tanks. :) Clearomizer is a type of delivery system and not a brand. Think of it as a cartomizer, without the filler and with a transparent casing. They have wicks (short on long depending on the product and version) that pull juice from the tank and into the atty.

I just got a pack of the CE3's (flux pheonix) and they work great but I find the capacity too small and the fill method annoying.

I used to be a big fan of the stardusts (ce4?) but now not so much. Dont have the capacity for me to go all day w/o refilling and I dont like the draw on them.

The ViviNova is my go to; easy to use, easy to clean. In the morning I fill up the Vivi, pop a fresh batt in my Vtube and Im off to work. No muss, no fuss. I have never had a leak and Ive only flooded it once (and that was operator error).

Anyways thats my 2 cents on the matter. Hope you find what you're looking for!

Mike,

In response to post #6

1. Your tastes sound much like mine, the juice that got me to stop analogs and stick to vaping was grandpas mix from madvapes, it has a nice strong flavor that I can only describe as smokin a "head shop" at Christmas time. As time went on I moved to bobas and gorilla juice from ave, then bounty hunter and renegade from NLV. I hope this helps you can research these flavors and see what interests you. However sometimes a shot in the dark hits the target, recently I tried a strawberry champagne because it was on sale and loved it.

2. Yes the clearos use a wicking system ce2/fluxomizers use a wick at the top and must be tilted to keep the wicks wet. Ce3/phoenixs have a bottom coil and do not have to be tilted but have to be filled upside down using a syringe that is included.
As far as vendors go I pretty much use got vapes, I trust their products and know what I'm getting, if you hbe any questions regarding what to get from their site, just go to their forum and ask.

3. After I vaped exclusively for about three weeks I took a drag off a buddy's cig and it tasted horrible. It was even a camel nonfilter which was my brand and I couldn't stand it.
Just keep on with this and stick to ECF for questions or moral support, these guys an gals round here are some of the nicest folks I've ever met.

All of the above is my opinion and may be completely wrong as from time to time I talk out my south end (except the part about ECF, that's fact).

only "HATE" will set you free :) I still remember the day I took my first drag on an e-cig... it was four months back, before that i tried out the patches the gums, going cold , reducing the quantity..nothing worked..the patches slipped off in the summer sweat..the gums had funny throat-hit plus all day chewing made my jaws ache...nothing worked and it was driving me mad, and made be hate and hate the analogs even more, to top it all my health was going down..so on 19th march(will always remember the day :) ) i decided let's try this new concept of vaping I heard of some 4 years back.....in India it's hard to get yourself a decent e-cig that easily.. I sat on the net surfed for the whole day, and finally got only 1 vendor selling e-cigs locally... I was desperate to get it that very day, or I knew it won't happen ever...called up , made him swear that he sends me one that very evening no matter how late it gets... I made sure not to buy any more packs that night , was left with just 2 in my pack, lit one and I waited..the stuff arrived at 10pm...the sales guy assembled it for me, and took my very first drag..... it was an instant success, i knew this system was going to work for me, though the vapor was puny compared to what I am on today.. it was a revelation for me... All the hatred I had for smoking converted to passion for vaping...well that machine conked out in a weeks time, but by then I was already research rich, on other models available in different cities...and now from different countries, yet to travel a continent ;)

I never expected my 15year long habit would be that easy to fix..wish you guys all the best...if it was that easy for me, it can't be that difficult for you all..
happy vaping guys...it's wonderful :)

p.s I had that last analog with me for the next 2 months, then I had it out of curiosity , and is tasted horrific...

First, congrats on your success so far this time around :) For some people the switch is painless and easy for most people it takes some time to get to a place that they they are truly happy and fully satisfied with vaping.

As far as your problem with 1) taste- it will help a lot if you can let go of your desire to find a single all day vape at this point in your vaping. As most people do I wanted that too when I first started and wasnt happy I needed to switch flavors so many times during the day. As soon as I stopped thinking that way and accepted that I needed to change flavors 5 or 6 times during the day and realized there was nothing wrong with that I was much happier and less stressed. It took me a year of vaping before I found I could vape the same flavor all day if I wished. So now there are days its one flavor all day and other days I still enjoy changing flavors several times during the day. Try different flavors but dont put preasure on yourself to find the perfect flavor and you'll be surprised how much easier it is to find what you like :)

2)- Ease of vaping- Vaping will never be as simple as we remember smoking. Accepting there is more we need to do to vape then we needed to do when smoking helps mentally a lot. I had a a person tell me when I first started that I would have a much easier time making the transition if I tried to make vaping an entirely different experience then smoking. Vaping will never ever be the same as smoking and the sooner I accepted that and used it to my advantage the better things would be. I took her advice and I still beleive that was some of the best advice I ever recieved as far as vaping goes. There are vaping supplies that are easier to use then others. The problem is that we are all so different that what I find easy might not be as easy for you. I love dripping and find it trouble free but others dont always feel the same way. My easiest APV is my Hogmod bottom feeder with its 18650 battery and 6 ml juice bottle. Making sure I have a fresh battery and filled bottle in the morning means I dont need to do anything else for the entire day of vaping. Its what I most often take out with me when I'm leaving the house. BUT its not my favorite APV so I dont choose to use it all of the time.

3) Statisfaction- thats a hard one. I found making the transition to vaping pretty easy BUT that doesnt mean I didnt miss smoking and still continued to have a craving for a cigarette occasionally at times through my first year. Vaping is not the same experience as smoking and never will be but I kept reminding myself of all the benefits of vaping and refused to give in to the desire to have a cigarette. I'm completely satisfied with vaping now and will never smoke another cigarette but it took some time to get to where I am.

Sitting down, facing forward.
I have some of the same problems.....searching for that "perfect" liquid I can vape all day, fiddling around with batteries and such, and the overall satisfaction thing. I swore I wanted something that looked like a cigarette, tasted like a cigarette and acted like a cigarette. The fact is that they just don't exist. Now I'm using bigger batteries, clearos and 1.5ml cartos and they are fairly satisfactory to me. I've also found that some of the fruit flavors are actually pretty good and enjoy them. I do have a Volt X2 on the way and I expect to be eventually making the complete conversion to a larger battery and tank system (of some sort). I just don't want to run around all day with something that looks like the relief valve from a high pressure steam vessel, so I have accepted that I have to compromise. Life is a series of compromises and this is just one more. Keep plugging along, you'll find a good setup that works for you and stay off those cigarettes for good. It just takes a little time and some patience, but its well worth the effort.

Mike: My only advice on juice is to try some things you might not think you'd like. Example: I never liked menthol cigarettes, but I got a couple of sample bottles of juice that have menthol and I really like them. (Tip: You can buy menthol liquid from some juice vendors and add a drop or two to see if you like it mixed with any of your juices.)

Conversely, some of the food flavors you love may not work for you in juices. I love vanilla ANYTHING when it comes to food, but I haven't found a vanilla juice that I can stand.

Congrats on 4 days! Excellent advice here in this thread. I can only add that being a new vaper is frustrating -- it's like satisfaction is always just outside of your reach. Your tastebuds change, your equipment fails and you begin a cycle of randome prayers and purchases hoping to end the cycle.

It ends. You find the perfect set up and feeder along with the juices that you can't live without. I'm close to a year now and am (whew) finally not looking too much any more. 25 years of heavy smoking poof due to sticking it out. It's all worth it and I can breathe again (literally).

Stick with it. Keep posting and trying. Success isn't always immediate but it will come.

I was up to 3 packs/day+ Marl Ultra lights. from 20 years smoking... next day 1.5, then 1 then none and it's been a year now. I have a real smoke now and then at a party but it's really not fun. I was chaining as hard and often as anyone and here's some thoughts:

1) I missed a real cig for the first two weeks. I missed the buzz. That passed pretty effortlessly.

2) If you vape a ton then your nic level is TOO LOW! That's when I really noticed I was missing cigarettes. You need to pound the nicotine hard.

3) IMO you are making too many changes and fumbling with too much. I used an 808d bat and ONE carto that tasted like cigs and did ALL my same habits. I woke up and drank my coffee, talked on the phone and vaped... Just like normal. This worked for me because it was 90% like smoking. Fiddling with mods, juices, refills is not the way to go the first few weeks. Ease into that later. Take ONE nic juice that tastes like your cig and vape that just like a real cig... and make the nic HIGH... You will see your craving depends on your nic level... You don't want to force your body to adjust to not smoking, tons of juices and tons of different nic levels at different times of the day--try to mimic your EXACT smoking habits--it will be much easier to adjust to!

GL... It really is easy to stop craving cigs... Just get by the first few weeks and err on the high nic side.

And, for you health oriented people, I smoked so hard I thought my lung was going to collapse in the shower one night and could hardle breathe and in two weeks my lungs were clear like I was 20 years younger. The FDA hates hearing stories like this... So if health is your motivation you will feel a whole lot better fast and STILL have your nicotine with your morning coffee and chain vape at those all night beer drinking events ;).

Wow, there is a ton of good advice here! ... I'm still sort of processing all this, but what I can conclude is:

1) Try not to worry about finding an 'all-day-vape' just yet. It'll come with time as I keep trying juices and keep vaping regularly. And on that note, I should keep trying things, even things that may not sound like something I'd love, because sometimes that's how you find a great new juice.

2) Try not to compare how easy it is to vape vs how easy it was with analogues (how fiddly it is). As I keep this up, I should find the gear and setup I like, learn what I really need on a day-to-day basis, and over time I'll settle into a routine that is comfortable. I also need to realize that just by the nature of what goes into vaping, it will always be more fiddly than smoking, but it will become its own ritual that will replace my smoking ritual and become commonplace for me.

3) This is the hard one: satisfaction. Basically, from all the posts, I gather that in time vaping will become as satisfying as smoking, or at least get real close. Also, I should stop craving analogues as badly as well. How long this will all take varies from person to person. It may be a few weeks, or maybe a few months. In some cases, someone who vapes may always have a tiny part of them that misses the 'real' cigs. No matter which I am, what does matter is it will get better, and it should get a lot better as the other two points above fall into place as well. Baiscally, 'just stick to it', and this will work it self out am I right?

Am I missing anything? Thanks so much to all who have posted! If anyone would like to add anything, feel free. If the ECF weren't here there is no way I'd be able to make this work. You guys are amazing... really.

Now on to figuring out some specifics...

I'm having the same issues. The technology is not yet refined enough to give us a "one size fits all" method. That's why I just ordered those Vivi Novas after hearing people rave about their ease of use. I am coming from cartos and vision clearomizers. Both have their issues (my god do the Vision Clearos have issues!).

This week as I have struggled with my 2 Vision Clearos so much I had my first moments of weakness where I actually started thinking about buying a pack of cigs. Between the dry vapes, tight draws, no flavor, burned flavor, flooding & leaking issues, I found myself just craving something that "works". It's not because I miss cigs, but rather I am frustrated with the lack of consistency. But those moments pass and I remind myself how better off I am without analogs. Then I hit a good stride and am vaping away happily until my next issues arises! Hopefully when my Vivi Novas arrive things will stabilize a bit more. But in my experience those Vision Stardust Clearos are horrible. Stay on cartos or go with something better. Prepare multiple cartos to have at your disposal until you ger a good tank or something.

Specifically I'm going to look into/purchase:

Juices:
- desert ship from madvapes
- madvapes tobacco
- grandpas mix for madvapes
- lighthouse from nitelite vapor
- twilight from nitelite vapor
- bounty hunter from nitelite vapor
- renegade from nitelite vapor
- Boba's bounty from AVE
- Gorilla Juice from AVE
- fruity, minty, menthol, or sweet juices (to try)
- experiment with mixing juices

Gear:
- Vivi Nova v2.5 Tank
- ce3/phoenix clearos
- ce2/fluxomizers
- stardust clearos
- Lil Mama Tanks from Big Daddy Vapor (from old thread)
- j-tanks (from old thread)
- 510 to 901 adapter so I can try the Bloog cartos again (was one of the things I did really like about the Bloog)

Anything I'm missing? Any comments about anything I've picked (good or bad)? Anything specific (product-wize) anyone would like to suggest or mention? I'm not going to buy all this, most likely, but its all worth looking into.

Thanks again to everyone that chimed in! Its all very helpful! Any and all comments/suggestions/advice is still welcome...

This is all such wonderful advise!! I've been at this for just about a month now and I too haven't found my "all day vape" - I'm getting close. Frustrates me that my husband found it within a few samples. I am like several on here and have about 3-4 that I switch back and forth between. I just carry the cartos with me so I have one if one runs out or I need a new flavor.

We have our bedtime routines now - instead of rolling anaologs - we fill cartos. Plug in the batteries so they are charged and we are ready to go. We've found that it takes much less time than it did to roll a pack of cigs every night.

My thought on why your still craving cigs so bad is that it might not be just the nicotine that you are withdrawing from, but also the other chemicals that were in an analog. When i went from Marlboros to rolling my own, I had a couple week withdraw from the chemicals. I think this might be why I've had an easier time switching to vapes.
