??Aegis Legend durability?....

So, I must be a very unlucky person when it comes to the durability of the Aegis Legend mod...
I'm on my 3rd in about 5 years.
1st Legend mod: Fell 2.5' from the bed on a rug....it quit working.
2nd Legend Mod: After 2 yrs, it quit working.
on my 3rd now: After changing batteries I constantly have to bang my hand on it to turn on. During normal use, I have no problems.

I used Aegis Solos and never had any problems like that. I did have a mod once that I had to knock a few times before it turned on. Can't remember what mod it was. I think it was a problem with the battery spring. It lost it's springiness or came loose or something.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with them. One thing I would do with your latest one is clean the battery contacts in the mod. Alcohol on a Q-tip for the inner ones and alcohol on a bit of paper towel for the ones in the door. With a little luck, that could do it for you.
