I'm just curious about people's experience with the aero mini when it comes to durability? I have used the full size aero as well as the pt2 mini and have a similar grief... They both use very small and tight machine threading that is very east to cross thread and destroy your tank. Does the aero mini have similar threading?

I have both, never paid much attention. all of them are made with marginal threads. just don't force it...
Thanks. I guess since it uses the same coils as the full size I presume that's how it threads in. My biggest beef the the mini PT is it literally is like 1.5 threads for the base to grab on with and it's super easy to strip unless one remembers to always reverse thread it first for the "click" before tightening.
