Aerotank Shorting Out

Hello, I have an Aerotank Mini, a Nemesis, a Patriot atomizer, and a Vamo V5. The patriot atomizer works with the nemesis, but the aerotank will not work with either the nemesis or the vamo. I already lost 2 Sony VTC5 batteries because they shorted out with the Aerotank Mini on the nemesis. I tried taking the aerotank mini apart and washing it and I tried using the spare coil. I don't know what to try now. I don't know what I am doing wrong...

The vamo says 'low load' when hooked up to the aerotank now. When I first hooked up the aerotank to the vamo, I could feel the electricity go through the mouthpiece on the aerotank.

I'm not sure about the aerotank mini, but I know that the original aerotank ahad this problem if you screwed it onto any battery too tight. It would have to be loosened up a bit. Don't know if that helps, but you could always try that.

I read something about that, so I tried loosening it and what I found was that either the vamo wouldn't recognize the aerotank or it would say short or low load.

If that doesn't work try the new twin coils you may have gotten a bad batch ?
I love my tanks mini as well as the big tanks

If you have the coils with the silicone caps, ditch those for the enclosed metal ones. I had flooding issues with my older coils. The new ones are absolutely amazing!

Try unscrewing the air flow from the base just a hair. Not enough to cause a leak, but basically tighten the too pieces and then untighten a bit. It was a common issue with the original Aero, not sure if the same thing is happening on the minis

Is there any way for me to take the coil apart? On one of the coils, I think the brace for the aerotank center post broke because I cannot adjust the height of the post without it falling out.
