Affordable mech + atty recommendations!

Hello!

I've got my brother off smoking and he's been vaping now for a few months. He recently moved up to an EGO twist which works but lacks in the performance when comparing it with mechanical mods and an rba.

I've been looking at the Magneto from SMOKTech and it's very reasonably priced for a mechanical. Is there anything else out there in that price range (<100) that I should be looking for? Something else that's made in the US.

What about similarly priced genesis rebuildable atomizers?


Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can check this place out https://www.beyondvape.com/store/ they have 2 mech mods very reasonable, one is the Sage and it's $89.00 Mark Todd did a review on it and you can find that on youtube, just look up todds reviews and then this place also has another one that is priced at $65.00 but Mark Todd hasn't done a review on that one yet. I'm not sure about the genesis tanks as I have only use the protanks and my Russian 91%. But do some research before pulling the trigger as they say Hope this helps some what.

You could take the fasttech route just be sure to read the reviews and discussions on item before buying

The best mech I've known, for the best price was a Sentinel M16 for $16. I got mine from Fasttech and it hits hard and just keeps putting the others to shame.

If you're set on a Genesis style RBA, the RSST is solid., but there's a learning curve with Gennies. I think the new version is the RSST, with dual wick/coils.

I've got a stainless hcigar nemesis clone with an infinite tobh atty. Those two would set you back ~$55 and then the price of the batteries, charger, and ohm meter if you don't have them already

I've seen Hcigar Nemesis with a Ehpro Kayfun Lite Plus on eBay for reasonable prices. It all depends what kind of atty he wants, but the Nemesis clones is a good device. I have one and it's still one of my goto devices.

The magneto was my first mech mod and it really was a great mod for the price. Great quality. My favorite thing about it is the button. Super easy to press

Yea, I figured I'd get him a genesis atty since that's what I'm using and can help/show him how to coil. I'm currently on a coil that's going on 2 months now which I regularly heat up and rinse off under water, brushing it slightly. I'm using a Kraken on a Poldiac but that's way too pricey for this case not to mention for someone who's just getting into mech mods.

I have a second charger and batteries I can give him. I'll check out the RSST which I found out is also made by SMOKTech.
