Hey everyone! I just found my ADV. Granted, I've only been vaping it for 12 hours, but it's an ADV for sure.

:lol::lol::lol:

Man, what is the fascination with wanting to find and settle down with one juice all day? I don't understand it, I tell ya'. Now, finding a vendor or a juice that will satisfy you for over a year--now that's truly remarkable.

Yo Jerms, got a clever acronym or phrase for a juice that has been or can be vaped for long-term? The cool thing about it is that you can't go out and just "find" one, but it has to be realized over time. I never would've thought HP15 would be still kicking in my stash after a year and a half. Ahlusion, GoodeJuice, NiteLiteVapor, Vapor Station and Halo aren't leaving my possession, and that's all after a year, but Halo is the one that surprised me. Although it's only one juice from Halo (P15), GeJ (Patriot) 4 or 5 from VS, and too many from Ahlusion that I have to have, Halo's P15 still took the cake--and it will likely outlast some of the others. Interestingly, Gold from NLV is coming up on a year for me, but it's struggling to cross the finish line. Yep, lasting a year or more is more than being just a tasty juice--it's got to have that jen a sais quoi.

No clever term or acronym from me. I do say about juices that I can vape for hours at a time without tiring of as having legs. I'm talking about the mile, but your refering to having legs for the marathon lol. Most juices are just sprinters for me, so I'm always happy to find vapes I can stick with for long periods. Just because a juice has legs for day to day vaping though, doesn't mean it'll be a juice I still appreciate a year later. That's much, much rarer.

Sweet Georgia Peach from Ahlusion is my favorite juice ever right now, but Smooth Criminal from them has a better chance of still being enjoyed a year later (guessing). I can guess how long a juice will have my heart, but like you said it needs to be realized over time. The more straight-forward tobaccos, that contain a certain jenny say qua (American translation) I think have the best chance.

I just checked my old posts and as it turns out, on July 10th (tomorrow), that was the day last year I decided to order from Ahlusion. I put off the purchase until the beginning of August, but it's coming up on a year. I have a nagging suspicion (LOL) that the liquids will cross the year mark. My first vape of HP15 was from early 2012, so that one has the longest legs (so far).

Note* Going back though old posts is a T.R.I.P.

Whoops, I accidently posted this in the NT thread lol..

Oh and also for me, it seems that the juices that hold my attention for the longest are often ones that I didn't quite get right away or wasn't initially super impressed with. Southern Gentleman from MountainOakVapors was just OK for several ml. Than my appreciation grew and now I can see vaping it for a long time. Then there's ones like Patriot from GoodeJuice, that after one vape I knew I needed a big bottle of.

Yepo. When I first tried Vapor Station I was extremely unimpressed; but at some point, and not even having the juices anymore, I knew I needed more. It's weird how flavors can sometimes reveal themselves to you even when you're not actively vaping them. One day you're like, "ohhhh...I get it!"

I checked my order history at Ahl, and I guess my first order from them was only 9 months ago. Not the year that I thought. GeJ has been over a year though and Halo more than a couple.

Will I still like Ahlusion at the year mark? I'm not even through my initial wish list from them yet lol. The good money is on them being in the long haul. They amaze me with almost every new juice I try from them, and I have a ton I want to reorder.

My first order was Pink Label, Chocolate Cream, and Blue Grass Burley. I still remember my first vape of BGB, a whole new world was born after the knock-out.

I just recently got in on their free sample deal, should receive them sometime this week. Requested Dover and Tampa I think.

I like to think of VS tobaccos as natty-lab (natural/ lab) tobaccos (but not simply a hybrid), because they contain essential oils from various tobacco leaves, various flavor extracts (vanilla, cocoa, etc.), but they also can contain tabanone, pyrazines (2-acetylpyrazine, and 2,5-dimethylpyrazine) and linalool.

You'll see, especially if you did get Dover, that it is a remarkable natty-lab tobacco that does this dance of natural flavor-presence and synthetic-type delivery of those flavors. Dover is quite good.

edit***VS tobaccos don't need to steep, but they will change around the margins within a few weeks to a month (but not everyone will notice).

O wow, I didn't know all that about their baccos. Thought they were just standard synthetics, though well done. I hope I got Dover, I requested it but it wasn't on their site at the time, so I figured it was out of stock.

Yeah, me too!!! Actually I think you told me about it. Texas and Tampa. Texas I know for sure. I'm 90% on Tampa. To lazy to check my PMs: I'm sore as hell.

Don't get me wrong, they do taste like straight synths at times, but in those quiet moments, you can taste the essence. Certain ones like Dover (especially), Phoenix and Texas have more tobacco evidence (though not a lot), but they all perform great. I definitely put them in a synth category, partially because of the cleanliness of the flavor and the lack of the tobaccos' actual body (just essence here), but they've managed to work as great anytime vapes, palate cleansers and the perfect vape for when you're not in the mood for theatrics. They've been within my stash or on my radar for over a year. I currently have over 100 mL of VS tobacco liquids and will be getting more within a month or so.

I like to believe if you like Halo, you may like VS; but if you hate Halo, that doesn't mean you will dislike VS. They're in the same vein, but Halo has a lot more high-key synth taste.

Vendors I've been the longest with are Ahlusion, HHV and Velvet Cloud Vapor, even though they're pretty new. Well, a year at least. But I do follow Mad Murdoch's juice around from vendor to vendor. So with considerations of loyalty, I'm loyal to MM, not his vendors. But I am loyal to A+, HHV and VCV. They've always treated me with incredible kindness and genuine care and provide a wonderful experience, not just juice.
