I have been using the AG-126 Lithium Ion Battery Charger to charge 2 18650's at a time. This charger seems to be pretty popular so I am hoping that someone may be able to help me understand the functions of the charger. If I charge two 18650's it takes about six to eight hours and then the red light starts to blink. If I leave it on the charger for another hour or two, the light will start to blink from red to green. The blinking seems to last for a long time. Do I need to leave them on until it turns a solid green? One time I left them on for over 10 hours and still no solid green. I usually stop them during the blinking stage and they rate 4.2 of my multimeter so I assume they are fully charged. Am I correct, or should I leave them on longer?

If the voltage is near 4.2 that is fine.
The last little bit goes really slow with the 18650, especially with two in the charger.

A pair of 2400mah cells could easily take 10 hours on that charger. It is listed as 650ma, but that is only during the first part of the charge.

The single LED is used to tell you about both cells. You can't tell when one is charged and ready to pull.

Great that you are checking voltage. Also examine the plastic wrappers on the cells for any tears, nicks.
