I would love to figure out how to wire this bad boy because I can't figure it out. And no YouTube does not have any quality videos. :/ sadly. I have the negative screw to the wrap around the mesh down. I just don't know what to do with the wire after that.

you mean, like, how the wire is captured between the nuts on the positive post? (in the center) How it goes under the screw @ neg.? Here's a couple shots of a bare coil. Might help, if I understand your question.


Don't worry about the details (crooks, and kinks, and scrunchi-ness) of my build. It works great; but I'm guessing you just wanna see where the wires go.

And btw the pictures you took are fantastic. Have yet to see anything that good about where the wires should go. I'm just concerned about the extra screw and the third bolt. ://

Also now do you need to put the wire under the screw or just around and tighten it down. And is there a specific gauge kanthal that works best with this?

None of those are for my tank. But I get the jist. I guess. And no need for a multimeter when I got a vamo with an ohm checker/reader in it.

Also is 400 or 500 mesh better to use for this tank and what is the best gauge kanthal to use?

500 and 30 gauge (unless you vape 100% VG juices, then IDK, 400)
