Hey guys.. I'm wanting to bore out my top cap on my aga. What do you guys have yours bored out to. I'm wanting to get it to be like my I hybrid.not even sure what size air hole the I hybrid has. Let me know guys

1.3-1.4mm seems to be nice. Some people like as much as 1.5-1.6 (1/16" bit) but I have yet to try that personally.
1.2mm will still give you some resistance without being too airy. I believe 1.5mm and above you can't really feel any resistance anymore.
I went to 1.3, then 1.4, then 1.45, now 1.5 mm. It's airy, but I like it.
My suggestion is to get a set of micro drill bits. I got a metric set from 1 to 2 mm in 0.05mm increments on ebay for around $6, IIRC. That way you can slowly work your way up until you are happy...it's a lot easier to remove material from a hole than it is to add it back.
