By law, vape shops (B&M or online) are now required to verify the age of every customer. This is to ensure that persons below state-specific minimum age requirements are not able to purchase vapor products, which the FDA classifies as "tobacco products".
We respect your privacy. We searched for an age verification service which is secure, unobtrusive and would not ask for sensitive information.
We chose to team up with AgeChecker.Net. At check-out, you will be asked to provide your date of birth, legal name, and address. AgeChecker will run this information against their database to verify your age. The process takes seconds. Once you enter this information, you will not be asked to do it again.
In the unlikely case that your age can not be verified using the above information, you will be asked to submit a picture of a photo ID, which shows you are of Legal Age in your state. The picture of your photo ID will not be stored - it is deleted as soon as you are verified.
