Hello All,

New to ECF. Been smoke free and happily vaping since 1/22/2013 after smoking for nearly 20 years.

I just wanted to ask the members here if you've ever steeped juices for quite a long time? Meaning 6 months or more. More specifically I was thinking of placing a 1 liter order w/ Alien Visions (avejuice.com) as they have a decent deal on the bulk order but I am not sure how the juice will hold up over time. I suspect it may take me a year or more to vape that 1 liter as even though I will have the avejuice on hand, I will still probably order smaller amounts of other juices just for fun.

The flavors I intend to stock up on from Alien Visions is Bobas, Gorilla juice, and Hype.

TIA for Your Feedback,

BW

I have juices that are well over 2 years old which are stored in a dark place at room temperature. I haven't seen any degredation in either flavor or nicotine level. They are stored in small bottles though which might make a difference. In a large 1 liter bottle there would be much more room for air, and thus oxygen, which may cause deterioration.

Thanks for the replies guys. I appreciate your time.

The 1 liter order is actually broken down into 10 - 100 ML glass bottles. Of course I would not open them all at the same time :). I think I will pull the trigger and update you guys in a year's time to let you know how the juices are holding up =p.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. You inspired me to read a bit more about "vaping technique". Lots of people indeed say you should change out your juices frequently to keep yourself from getting sick of your favorite juices. I will definitely use this info to rehash my juice buying and aging strategy.
