So I pulled my provari out of my pocket a few minutes ago and noticed that the window had fallen inside the housing. What should I do?

It sounds like you may need to send it to Provape and that somehow the window was pushed away from the screws that hold it in place and cracked off inside maybe? Are the little screws still in place?
Yes, the screws are in place. I can see now that the window is cracked where I assume the screws would go through.
I just want to say that i do not consider this a quality issue.
The Provari is a tank. I've been pretty rough on it and it still works faithfully every time. The thought of sending it away for repair makes my heart sink.... I love it so much I can't bear the thought of being without it. I wonder if I could have a new window sent to me and install it my self without disassembling the unit.
It is the best pv available imo and it's made in USA!

I hear they are real fast with turn around............. Dont be so rough on it, it has a chip board inside... Treat it like your computer...Dont drop it....
The entire circuit board has to be removed in order for the window to be replaced. If you pop the top cap and remove the circuit board on your own, the warranty will be voided. It's best just to send it in so it can be replaced and not have to worry about the board being damaged in the process.
I was going to say the same thing. If you cant get it out then you cant get it in.

So I got an ego kit to have a backup while I sent my mini in. It works ok and all but I've decided a need another provari before I can send mine in. I'm going to by a new one first because I just can't live without one. Provaris are the best!

Now THAT is dedication. Purchasing another to use as a backup and have a second when yours goes back. The more I read on here the more happy it makes me that my wife and I put that order in for two provaris yesterday. And they shipped same day! Good luck!
You won't regret it, Yankee. My order shipped today, so I think I'll have it by the end of the week. I got an extension cap and a couple of the larger batteries. I'm curious if I can charge them on my PILA charger.
Yeah. Exactly what you said. It's a really nice PV. Heavy but a GOOD heavy. And the weight is good with tanks. Now I see why everyone raves about them. Ordered it Friday. Had it in my hands last night.
