There's been a lot of talk lately about when 3mg would be available. Clearly, Wlad does listen. We already knew that, of course, but this was posted on their FB page today:

3mg options are not posted on our (Custom e-liquid) pages yet, but they can be requested WITH the order. 3mg can ONLY be applied to 30 and 60ml bottles. Please include the notes with your order as e-mail does not cross our processing and production teams. Requests sent after an order was placed are not guaranteed to be seen on time.

just realized I passed my one year anniversary. thanks to all on this thread. ahlusion has been the juice which got me off the smokes.

Well done BillyB. I had my one year a few months back, and although I don't much like the juice which got me off cigs, I still have very warm and nostalgic feelings about it and that company and that thread and its folks.

Oh my God, somebody save me! I went out of town to do a 2 day job 10 days ago and I still have a week to go.i On the plus side, customer loves our work. Giving us more and more. On the minus side, I packed half a 10ml bottle of Peachy Criminal and a new 30ml of Pineapple Brulee. On my last tank of PB, I had to stop at a vape shop today and bought a 30ml of something called Traditional Juice.com Black and Blue. ONE vape shop in St. Joseph, Misery. er... Missouri. Doesn't taste bad, but $24 for 30ml?! Vapers here are just like vapers in Michigan, it was fun hanging out at the store. Aqueous Vapor. But man, I have so much juice at home and I'm paying premium prices for meh. Anyone here from St. Joe's?!?

Primarily in Fairfax County with a couple stints in Prince Wiliiam County. It certainly has become very trying at times as it has grown exponentially as well as a very diverse makeup. Not real happy with the "where is mine" attitude of all the "come lately's" so I have little choice other than work hard because in my line of work (locksmith) there is money to be made!

I do see a time in the not very distant future where I will be looking for residence in SE VA!!

I called Ahlusion on Monday morning re: changing my order to 3mg, at Mr Mann's suggestion. Drew told me it was too late for the order I placed on Saturday night: he said it was already in mixing. Interesting - I haven't yet received an email that the order has been mixed :(. I absolutely LOVE this juice, but I'm not so very happy about the responses I've gotten so far. Y'all have praised customer service to the moon and back, so I must be doing something wrong. Anyone have any suggestions for me?

Don't mean to rain on your parade or anything - and maybe you're due extra consideration since you're making huge orders (that's up to them), BUT:

1. Your first order: According to your posts, you ordered on 3/2, which was a Monday. You called on Friday, 3/6 - 4 days after you placed your order. Your order shipped on Monday, 3/9. All of the "Custom" e-juice webpages I've seen clearly state
3 to 5 day order processing. WHY? This item is made to order.
In addition, the Checkout Policy - which I think you have to acknowledge before completing your order - says:
Orders containing custom e-liquids are generally processed within a 3 - 5 business day period (not including weekends or holidays) as indicated on every product page. The larger the order, the longer the wait.
...so to me your call to Ahlusion on Friday, 3/6 - which was 4 days after your order - was just a tad premature. As it was - whether because of your call or not - the order was shipped on the 5th "business day" after it was placed. From a business perspective, it makes sense to me that they try to get as many orders out as soon as possible to keep more of their customers happy; the smaller orders will generally get processed more quickly which results in more happy customers. Plus, they tell you up-front that larger orders take longer. <shrug> (Note also the use of the word "generally", which also provides a bit of wiggle-room.)

Personally, I'm pretty sure I've waited longer for orders from Alice in Vapeland, so I'm not particularly bothered by a 3-5 day processing wait. I wish it was faster, but I'm not terribly inconvenienced by it. I just order a few days sooner. (I also live in Hawaii. We wait longer for everything here, so to me it's no big deal.)

2. Your request to change order #2 from 0 to 3 mg/l. First, I note that this is an unusual situation, as Ahlusion is trying to accommodate customers who want a lower nicotine level - before its availability even hits their webpages. With that backdrop, you're just caught on the cusp of the change. It is a one-time event that occurred because Ahlusion was trying to give its regular customers the benefit of a change they had made, but which they were not ready to fully implement - which in my mind is a reflection of GOOD customer service. It would have been far simpler for them to say "3mg/l e-juice will be available when they show up on the website."

Second, their Checkout Policy also states
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ENTIRE ORDER! ORDERS CAN NOT BE MODIFIED OR COMBINED AFTER SUBMITTING!

Yes, they could have allowed the change, but....

Anyway, once the 3mg/l option hits the webpages, this problem should go away. I'm a newbie to Ahlusion too - just so you know that I'm not a fanboy - yet. :)

Thanks for taking time to reply, Jumpin'. Most everything you posted is accurate, and I apologize for having either left anyone with a wrong impression, or having offended. I didn't expect special consideration; I was hoping that I could catch this last order before it was mixed. I perhaps misunderstood the "mixing" email, which implies that an order can be changed before mixing. My mistake. And I AM a fan of the juice. It is all that folks here say it is :)

No worries, Littlebird. Just thought I'd help you put things in perspective.

I think I fully understand the feeling of being let down by a vendor.

A few months ago I ordered one of my favorite juices from Alice in Vapeland. Used my bookmark to the juice and placed my order. Immediately after finalizing my order I found myself at their home page (I don't recall whether I "moused" over there or whether was automatically re-directed there) and found that there was a discount code for that particular juice. I immediately emailed AiV to see if I could get the discount. I received an email the next day basically saying "Sorry, discounts can't be applied to orders already placed." At first I thought, "Oh well. Live and learn. Check next time."

However, the more I thought about it the more it bothered me. Why would you require a regular customer to put in a discount code - especially a discount code that is advertised on the vendor's site? To me that was really chicken :censored:. Why not just make the discount on that juice automatic or just lower the price of the juice for that month? Anyway, that little thing really left a sour taste in my mouth. I still feel a little perturbed whenever I think about it.

Funny how little things affect consumer perspective, isn't it? It's not the money, I think it's that feeling of not being appreciated as a customer.

Anyway, contrast that to Ahlusion - where I find on my order page a 20% discount that I wasn't even expecting. :D

With the way their prices are with sales and whatnot, is anyone even really buying 10 mL bottles except for the *free" one? LOL

With the sales and discounts it makes more sense to buy a 10ml when trying a new juice for me! Lol. I've already got more juice than I can vape so I've been trying the new flavors in sample size. That way if it's not as good as my favorites it doesn't go to waste. I really don't need anymore flavors but who can resist trying them out!

Congratulations!! Ahlusion IS that good! But you are the one that made the choice and went through the hard work. We all know it isn't easy. I'm so glad that you made it to such a huge milestone. Treat yourself to something special...like all the new flavors. :laugh:

My order with all the latest flavors will be here tomorrow. I can't wait to try them!

I had about a quarter of a tank of Ahlusion Mocha in my Nautilus and refilled it with Caramel Wild Wood. It's really good!
