I called Ahlusion on Monday morning re: changing my order to 3mg, at Mr Mann's suggestion. Drew told me it was too late for the order I placed on Saturday night: he said it was already in mixing. Interesting - I haven't yet received an email that the order has been mixed

. I absolutely LOVE this juice, but I'm not so very happy about the responses I've gotten so far. Y'all have praised customer service to the moon and back, so I must be doing something wrong. Anyone have any suggestions for me?
Don't mean to rain on your parade or anything - and maybe you're due extra consideration since you're making huge orders (that's up to them), BUT:
1. Your first order: According to your posts, you ordered on 3/2, which was a Monday. You called on Friday, 3/6 - 4 days after you placed your order. Your order shipped on Monday, 3/9. All of the "Custom" e-juice webpages I've seen clearly state
3 to 5 day order processing. WHY? This item is made to order.
In addition, the Checkout Policy - which I think you have to acknowledge before completing your order - says:
Orders containing custom e-liquids are generally processed within a 3 - 5 business day period (not including weekends or holidays) as indicated on every product page. The larger the order, the longer the wait.
...so to me your call to Ahlusion on Friday, 3/6 - which was 4 days after your order - was just a tad premature. As it was - whether because of your call or not - the order was shipped on the 5th "business day" after it was placed. From a business perspective, it makes sense to me that they try to get as many orders out as soon as possible to keep more of their customers happy; the smaller orders will generally get processed more quickly which results in more happy customers. Plus, they tell you up-front that larger orders take longer. <shrug> (Note also the use of the word "generally", which also provides a bit of wiggle-room.)
Personally, I'm pretty sure I've waited longer for orders from Alice in Vapeland, so I'm not particularly bothered by a 3-5 day processing wait. I wish it was faster, but I'm not terribly inconvenienced by it. I just order a few days sooner. (I also live in Hawaii. We wait longer for everything here, so to me it's no big deal.)
2. Your request to change order #2 from 0 to 3 mg/l. First, I note that this is an unusual situation, as Ahlusion is trying to accommodate customers who want a lower nicotine level - before its availability even hits their webpages. With that backdrop, you're just caught on the cusp of the change. It is a one-time event that occurred because Ahlusion was trying to give its regular customers the benefit of a change they had made, but which they were not ready to fully implement - which in my mind is a reflection of GOOD customer service. It would have been far simpler for them to say "3mg/l e-juice will be available when they show up on the website."
Second, their Checkout Policy also states
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ENTIRE ORDER! ORDERS CAN NOT BE MODIFIED OR COMBINED AFTER SUBMITTING!

Yes, they could have allowed the change, but....
Anyway, once the 3mg/l option hits the webpages, this problem should go away. I'm a newbie to Ahlusion too - just so you know that I'm not a fanboy - yet.
