Hey everyone, my first Ahlusion order arrived today. It came in the mail as I was heading out to work. I just got home and unwrapped it. The packaging was very serious, so there was a lot to unwrap. Big difference from some bottles thrown into a zip-loc baggie, nice.

So I made this custom order, (not XPress because nothing was in stock) on Sunday night Jan. 12, and received it Friday morning the 17th. That's super fast, I think. I was prepared for a long, long wait after reading about some of the runarounds from FedEx. I used the free to Michigan option for shipping, by the way.

Of course now they are having a sale today on XPress. Figures! ... Should I???

At this point, the only thing you "should" do is get to vaping! I understand the impulse to save some money though (The Vapor Chef is having a 20% sale right now as well), but the problem with saving money via a sale is that it also requires spending some--it's like a win/lose! LOL.

Oh yeah, can't wait to see what you think about those liquids now, next week, a month from now and beyond.

I think Maple Burley is my favorite of the aromatics -- the maple is noticeable, not overpowering, and sweet enough to balance the tobacco. Gotta get a smoker's jacket for this juice, ha ha.

It'd super caramel-y at first, but give it some time. I did not expect to like it as much as I do now. It was never bad, just a little sweet for my tastes; but now it's really quite nice.

Just dripped some CCW Caramel Wild Wood with my 306. Wow! It's really, really good! Very smooth and quite sweet. I bet this would be great with coffee. I'll find out for sure in the morning.

Smooth Criminal: I like it a whole lot, right now out of the mailbox. I hear it's going to get even better? It tastes dark and warm, and it's also kind of sweet to me. Sorry if that description sounds weird. I'm running on empty. I think I'm becoming a fan of tobacco juices. I wasn't always, but my tastes are changing.

Coco Berry Cream: Fruity, like fresh, real strawberries. How do they do that? Getting a little bit of cream on exhale, but not much coconut. I love coconut. I hope it makes an appearance eventually. The strawberry is knocking my socks off, though. This one isn't as sweet as the others, honestly. It's kind of tangy, almost tart.

Sweet Cherry Something: This one...isn't what I expected. It's very muted like the ghost of cherry. I'll have to steep it for a few days I bet. I hope it starts to pop, because I had the highest hopes for an excellent cherry vape, something I've never had. An excellent one, I mean.

By the way, I used a 306 Cisco spec 1.5 ohm dripping atomizer, at 3.7, then 4, 4.2 and 4.4V.
Nothing the least bit fake-tasting in any of these. Very clean flavors, and they smell great, too. I'm happy so far!

Blueberry Vanilla Cake is quite tasty. I usually enjoy Ahl's fruits and desserts a lot more after a couple weeks, so will have to wait to see how much I dig it. My guts telling me it's not going to quite reach the level of Strawberry Vanilla Cake, but it may prove me wrong.

Great first impressions!

Show's why it's best not to avoid a juice based on one negative opinion. One person's fake, bad strawberry is anothers fresh, real strawberry.

Yeah, it's impressive how accurate some of the fruit flavors are. The first time I had Sweet Georgia Peach.. there's a hole in the floor where my jaw dropped.

I haven't had Sweet Cherry Something, but many of the fruits, especially the creamy ones, seem really subtle until they bloom after a couple weeks. They really wake up when they do that.

I'm glad you liked 'em. I really would like to visit the cafe with you, and bring a bunch of steeped juices so you can compare the young and the old. Mann should come too, if he can. Whaddaya think?

I got my first order Monday, Mystic Spice Tea, Sublime, and Ginger Orange Oolong. How long should I wait before I try them? (I didn't know about the sample, so missed that opportunity

Any menthol tobacco suggestions for a former Salem smoker? I have a Burley Menthol Tobacco from another supplier that is my main flavor now.

I had to laugh a little about the FedEx posts. I was so happy when I saw FedEx as the shipper, since they come to my door and the rural mail carrier on my route doesn't even like to close the door on the box, let alone actually drive into the yard. Then it turned out to just be smartpost. I'm at the point where I would transfer all of my business to a supplier who used UPS or FedEx for delivery without involving the post office..

I'd also appreciate any other flavor ideas. I don't like sweet, I've had mixed results with teas, and the idea of fruit seems good but a number I've gotten from other suppliers have seemed perfumey and/or artificial to me.

Welcome. Open, break the seal, cap off for a few minutes, and let the love juice reach room temp. Vape fresh as in ASAP for gosh sakes PLEASE You may like them "fresh" but you will never know until you try. Some folks like them fresh, some like them after two week, or two months, or hell maybe even two years (last is a joke) just depends on YOU and NOT me or any member of the Cult.
