Ya Know

Its not even like it was close

seems they won on every juice by a ridicules margin (#1 54 vote #2 10 votes)

I really like nickoticket juice and the customer service is topps

but I wish the voting was more realistic

I give them credit for the email campaign. It was a great marketing tactic.

That's a shame, then. I would really love to try Ahlusion, but the lack of sample sizes makes it hard.

Yeah, easier to stick with the 10ml as the smallest size than to wait for an xpress to become available. Another thing about xpress, they aren't customizable and don't count toward the free 10ml sample bottle with $20 purchase.

Hey, it worked for Apple products, why not e-liquid?

I don't see how that analogy works. It's not like Apple products are made in batches every few months. Some Apple products are scarce in the first month of release because it's a new product that uses new parts and the demand is high. Over time, the supply chain becomes more efficient and there's no issue obtaining product. Grant's has been available for some time and the process, for whatever reason, hasn't become more efficient.

Oh, and I feel like Shatner with the KFL; something has gone wrong with all my builds. I just don't know what. I've built low-res coils, higher res (1.6 ohm) coils. Either I'm getting anemic vapor, with harsher throat hits than I'm accustomed to......or I'm getting dry hits like every 3 puffs. The 3.1 version is smooth as butter, but the Lite is kicking my throat. I'm guessing it's the amount of cotton I'm using; feels like the same amount I use in other micro coils I make, but it's not working the way I'd like. And I'm running out of non-Ahlusion juice to put in and possibly waste testing it.

FWIW, It may just be my imagination, but how high or low my coil is from the KFL deck (air pipe) seems to effect TH.

Nope, not your imagination. The closer to the air hole, the less throat hit, same as rebuildable drippers. So someone can somewhat adjust the throat hit to their preference by adjusting the hight of the coil.

Tried a bunch of custards and relized I am just not a fan of the custard flavor in general. Ive found I like my vanilla in tabacco or cake flavors.

Yeah me too. I haven't had enough custards to say for sure, but so far it's that way. Vanilla tobacco is just the bomb. Vanilla cake is good, especially with strawberry or blueberry :D

I enjoy straight vanilla too, but like custard it's just nice instead of wow for me. Something needs to adds some complexity, like tobacco.

Diacetyl free does not mean diacetyl substitute free. Vendors claiming they are "diacetly free" when they use diacetyl substitutes is on the verge of dishonest IMO. With that said, I do not know if Nicoticket uses diacetyl substitutes.

They do. Clark confirmed it and it was posted here in this thread a couple of months ago. I think it involved an email/PM with one of this threads regulars, EleanorR maybe. Many pages back now.

I do not runaway from diacetyl or its substitutes, but I like to know it is in a juice so I can vape it sparingly. Like I said before I think that is dishonest. I suspect this type of dishonesty will be ending shortly after the FDA starts regulating.

Yes, ma'am; I game :D I started out with an Atari 2600 and it's been a wrap since, lol. I don't play nearly as much as I'd like now due to home life and upcoming life changes. I love the action and adventure games myself (Uncharted, INfamous, Mass Effect), though my favorite is a Japanese RPG (Persona 3 and 4).

All great games. I still need to finish Mass Effect 3 though, never could bring myself to witness the ending(s).

Vaping and gaming go so well together.

These days................... I play Candy Crush Saga on my tablet :D

Haven't had a game system in a few years. Regret pawning my XBOX 360. Maybe will splurge on a new system this year if I can afford it. In the mean time.. I am having a blast crushing candy, though letting me only play one quest a day is pissing me off.

It makes me think more of Bennie Babies.

I'll have to post a pic of my sad coil before I make another -- it seems super close to the air hole right now.

But anyway, it's no big deal, as this was just another atty to play with. I like the drippers more than tanks and I use a bottom feeder daily with a rda.

Oh goodness, I haven't even played ME3. I will get to it, but it is going to destroy my love for the series.

Vaping goes well with cinematic games for me.

I think I need to clarify my statement. This is common among many vendors. They will openly deny using diacetyl, but refuse to openly address if they use the substitutes or avoid the topic.

I read in one of the old diacetyl threads here on ECF that if you taste custard or a buttery flavor it has diacetyl or one of the substitutes in it. It is unknown to me if there is a substitute out there that does not somehow potentially turn into diacetyl at some point in the vaping process. I have not been able to nail this info down in any clear or decisive manner. If someone has I would love to hear about it because I am one of the small population that had a very bad reaction to Vanilla Custard eliquids.

All over the place
Tried a bunch of custards and realized I am just not a fan of the custard flavor in general. Ive found I like my vanilla in tobacco or cake flavors.

Often times we may identify a certain flavor as custard-y or buttery, but that won't actually make it so (as it pertains to those ingredients). Certain flavors play like those adjectives, that is, until you actually have a liquid that uses a diacetyl substitute or diacetyl. Yes, I ended up trying a liquid with a substitute and one that had diacetyl just to see what the differences were, and let me tell you, I'll never refer to a liquid being buttery again that happens to just be velvety or creamy. Those ingredients are truly buttery and I know now that NOTHING else will give that edge aside from those ingredients. Luckily I don't actually like that taste--it tends to leave an aftertaste and a coating on my palate that ain't all that pleasurable to me (evident in two separate offerings from two separate vendors; one substitute and one using diacetyl). But I will also say that I can understand how one that has loves that flavor profile would be hard pressed, if not totally incapable of, finding a true alternative.

That said, and in a similar vein, a "substitute" for sugar ought not be high fructose corn syrup if one wants to claim "sugar free." ;)
