Okay, I'm not sure if the technical term is called "air difference", but when I drag on my auto battery, I hear & feel a lot more air intake than when I use my manual battery. The auto is the shorter 65, while the manual is the longer 78. Do not know if this also makes a difference. I've only been vaping just over a week, so I do not know if this is normal. I much prefer my manual due to this, and just ordered another manual yesterday, but wanted another battery soon, but wanted to clear up whether autos and manuals are different in this regard. I am taking a prima puff from the auto, and this made a small difference in vapor (vapor wasn't an issue btw), but not how much air I could hear. And I watched youtube videos on how to drag properly lol. Long slow drags. But I still hear a lot of air. Am I doing something wrong, or is this normal?

Thank you for your time guys.

The length doesn't matter. Only difference is that the longer one will stay charged longer.

It would seem to me that there would be an "air difference" between the two. On the autos, the air flow happens from end to end - you need the airflow caused by your inhale to activate the switch to turn it on (you suck in air to turn it on). On the manuals, it's completely sealed at the threads - the only air coming in is through the two tiny holes on the side of the threads (you push the button to turn it on).

I don't think you're doing anything wrong. I myself prefer manuals because they hit differently - maybe you just do too! :)

It sounds pretty normal for an auto.

I also get an airy draw if the holes on the battery are aligned with the holes on the carto. If I twist the carto just ever so slightly to un-align the holes, then the draw improves.

Wow thanks. This trick seems to have increased my auto long batt draw. I guess the threading is slightly off. I also tried adjusting the carto thread piece a little and that helped too!
