Ali' Custom Order - R&R Manufacturing

Anyone know what's going on with Ryan and R&R? Got an email notice that the site changed yestarday R&R Manufacturing.

I was floored when I saw simply "Store Closed", even more worried when I found that the forum vendor was gone from here, along with any posts from Ryan since 8/11/2010.

I've been away for awhile from the forums so there may have been some posts in his forum section that are gone letting people know what was/is going on.

Did anyone have any info?

I've read in several post recently that R&R has closed down so I think it's safe to say they are no more.

He decided to shut down the store and not sell anymore Alis. You can get still repair however. Sorry to see him leave but circumstances were such that he decided it was best for him to close.

Wow... That REALLY makes me sad but you know it is what it is... I do need one of my Ali'i's repaired and have emailed Ryan so hopefully I hear back soon. As sad as it is to have the Ali'i no longer being made I am glad to have the 2 I have Thanks Ryan and Ryan's dad for a GREAT mod!

Its a shame. There are fewer and fewer people making quality products while a whole lot of junk is coming to market.

Yeah, I love my Ali' I've told many people about it, not sure how many ordered because it's so hard to well order limited quantity only open certain time and day etc.

There really isn't another good VV box mod besides this one in my opinion

Believe he may be gone for a while.Great pv for sure , use my ali every time vaping but have no idea besides someone stealing from his home that would make him quit or protect his family( I would to)

Someone PLEASE tell me how to contact Kaji! My Ali'i has stopped working and I want to get it fixed. I've emailed with no response, tried to PM here but his box is full. I never had his phone number, would someone PM it to me??? I'm desperate here!!!

I've emailed him at that address many times now with no reply. He did fix my Ali'i last month (before the shutdown), and it has broken again but doesn't look like he's gonna fix it again anytime soon. It's a shame that you spend almost $200 for a great mod, and when he decides to quit the business, us loyal customers are left out to dry.

Rats! My button on my 6V Ali'i just died. Does anyone know where to get a replacement button at (or how to take it off)?

Mine also just bit the dust again. have had 4 vv chips ( or whatever they are called) put in it and they have lasted the last couple of times about a week or so before going out again. I love the mod but I cant keep spending money on this pv. It was all nice while it lasted.. Too bad..

Yeah that would be cool. If there is one PM us.. These VV were great mods but the parts used for this vv chip stinks..

Yep, same thing happened to me when i went to send in one of my Ali'i vv's for repair. Ryan only replied to the email I sent letting him know I was sending it in for repair. He emailed back right away and told me not to send it as he is not doing sales or repairs.

I emailed him again asking if he could supply a simple parts list for the Ali'i vv, just the supplier for the IC and pot that seems to be causing so many customers repeated problems. No reply. so he is reading emails, just choosing which ones to reply too.... nice.

Not sure why anyone would'nt want to help out thier customers by putting out a simple parts list on one of the forums. At five units a week for well over a year he collected over $50,000 from all of us, so you would think spending a few minutes to provide a parts list and basic instruction guide would be the "right" thing to do for your former customers. He seemed like such a nice guy..... of course that was when he wanted our business and money.
