Most likely fake. But at $3, I would get one just to check. Too bad I don't know how to benchmark batteries.

To expand on what Plumes.91 said, Alibaba is a wholesalers site used to advertize quantities of products to retail markets then retailers sell them to the end user/consumers/customers.
1 piece usually means 1 carton, the quantity in 1 carton can vary from 1 to a dozen to 144. You'll have to contact each individual seller to find out their exact quantity minimums if their quantity description seems vague.
