Alibaba is usually for wholesale purchases. They usually have a minimum purchase, many things are 50 or 100 units.

Real savings can be had if you're ordering hundred or thousands of dollars worth of stuff.

It's the shipping charges that will kill you on small orders. Snail mail takes a month or so. More rapid mail systems can cost as much as the actual items.

How many do you have to buy to get that price? And how much is the shipping? I don't know, I think I'd just stick with smaller quantities.

You never know when you will want to try something different.

Minimum pieces are either 50 or 100 . So thats $20-$30 for 100 cartomizers. I use shipping service (Aramex) and I have a mailbox in China. So for me shipping is not an issue. I am only afraid that these have bad quality.

The MOQ is different for every manufacturer and sometimes with suppliers within the same manufacturer. I have bought 5 kits so far:
ego-c
ego-t
ego -t usb
510 kit
510 PCC kit
all for $120 including shipping.

You can find fantastic items where you can only buy one.

I am currently working on buying the new LED clearomizers, 4ml and 6ml tanks, along with some type A atty's, and tank carts, and these little 310 atty cones for the led clearomizers. All have an MOQ of 10, but you can mix and match the size of the tanks and the ohms you want. So far that order is about $75, and it's a relatively light order so I'm hoping shipping will be around $30. If I ordered these elsewhere, the led clearomizers would cost me more than the entire order. I am trying to start my own online/store business selling ecigs etc...and when you don't have a ton of cash to test out products, it's nice to know you can buy a small amount to start off with to check to see if it's good quality etc.

It takes ALOT of research and emails back and forth with suppliers, but if you look hard enough, you can usually find what you want with a minimum order quantity you can handle. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have people around you who will want to buy stuff from you tho, unless you want to keep it all for yourself!

If anyone reading this has there own business already, could you give me some tips as to how you started? Did you just pick a manufacturer and order in quantity, or did you order samples first? I know you won't necessarily want to tell me which manufacturer you buy from, but there are sooooo many out there...

Ok, I understand that my biggest concern though is knowing that it can be a trusted supplier, also the payment method is odd.
Do you guys have any suppliers you trust more than others?

You can filter suppliers by gold or audited suppliers , payment methods..etc, But I never tried any of them ,sorry.

If you do, make sure you be smart about it. Be careful how you pay and make sure you can cover your .... Try to pay with something like Paypal if you can, bc that will somewhat cover you if something goes wrong. Whatever you do, be VERY careful doing a wire transfer, and I dont recommend ever paying that way, bc a supplier could fairly easily take your money and never send your order
