I made my fifth order a few weeks ago and inadvertently selected 0 mg nicotine. I had not realized this until I received an email from Nicole at AiV asking me if I really wanted 0 mg since I had always chosen 11 mg. Wow! I have a feeling many or most juice vendors would have simply shipped me what I asked for.
The mistake was mine but AiV went the extra mile to ensure my order was correct. Additionally, there was a private message mentioning some of our email conversation.
