Hi, I just got a sampler pack from Alice in Vapeland. I got Crunkberry, Mystic Mandalime, Orange Creamsicle, Punkin Tumble, and Zombie Apocalypse. Just curious if anyone has tried these flavors and what their take on them is??? Also getting a couple banana sample flavors as part of a Battle of the Bananas thing they have going on for 2 days.

Do you like chocolatey flavors?

I wanted to like Alice in Vapeland so much, but ended up not finishing a single bottle from their sampler pack Little Bit of Everything, which is everything they make. The flavors were too subtle for me and it hurt my throat. I like 50vg/50pg at 12mg nic for my juices, so I don't know why it seemed harsh to me. My favorites were Zombie Apocalypse and 15 Foot Falls. Crunkberry was fun. If the flavors had been stronger, I would have loved them. The citrus flavors tasted like medicine to me. I'm saving the pumpkin for the fall. I'll be interested to hear what you think. I know lots of people LOVE AiV. Right now my favorite juice is Castle Long from Five Pawns and I'm ordering the Mother's Milk from Suicide Bunny this week!

I was also planning on saving the pumpkin flavor for the fall..lol. I guess hopefully I'll like something. When I heard they use natural extract for flavor I thought that would be great for strong flavor. I'll probably let them steep for a couple weeks before I try them.

I was not impressed with AIV juices, I wanted to be. I love their packaging but that's about it. I haven't ordered anything from them since trying a sample pack. There's a peculiar aftertaste that I couldn't get past.

Well guess I'll find out in a few weeks if I like them or not. Luckily I didn't spend too much on it. I got the 5 flavor sampler and there are supposed to be 2 extra banana flavors included, got it all for a bit over $15 including shipping. I'll give them a try and see. I watched a video of an unboxing and the packaging is definitely cool.

The thing with AiV is most of their flavors have a peculiar buttery cast to them. For a pastry it's awesome. Like Twas Brillig. For a fruit, like Mystic Mandoline, not so much.

But this is my take on it. I'm currently trying to track down the source of that odd flavor and I think I have it, but I want to test myself before saying anything.

AiV's packaging is second to none. I still have all my customized notes with my name on them. I like that they are customizable. You can request extra flavor and any nic strength you want from 0-24. Their cakey ones do all have the same base flavor to me. But I love 15 foot falls, April Moon, Twas Brillig. I just ordered another bottle of April Moon from them just to have another Alice package again :) Looking forward to trying the two banana ones as well!

I have mixed results with AiV. I order 100%VG with zero nic and extra flavor. The 50/50 is too harsh for me, even though I use it from another vendor with no trouble. I love Zombie Apocolypse and April Morning. I like Cherry Blossum Tea and will probably order it again. I found White Rabbit to have no taste at all after a month. Afternoon Tea (or something like that) I do not like, but it's just a preference. It might work for people who don't like sweet juice. Lemon Loves Cake I wanted to like, but I simply cannot make it work. Harsh with not enough taste, although that's a 50/50 blend, so I might have better luck with the 100%. On the whole I don't seem to have luck with citrus flavors. I find them weak across the board and they fade quickly.

All that said, AiV needs to steep FOREVER. I didn't like April Morning for months, and now I love it. I haven't given up on White Rabbit. No one seems to know what it tastes like, but everybody's guess is something I like, so...

Yeaaaa just got my AIV vapemail!!!! Packing is really cool. Makes you feel special. I'm going to let these steep at least a week or two before I try them out. Thanks to everyone that posted and had some input. :D

The samples come pre-steeped, so you can try them anytime. Fifteen Foot Falls, I can't live without and Crunkberry. You can always ask for extra flavour if you find them on the weak side.

I realize this is an older thread but I thought I would add my thoughts here rather then starting up another thread on AiV. Taste is so subjective that I think it is foolish to try to figure out if you will like a juice simply by what others say. I am posting this more as a personal tribute to AiV. I am very new to vaping and still very excited to try juices so I was in search for a juice that was like tea. Well, as soon as I saw there was a juice company called Alice in Vapeland I knew I must at least give it a try. I always loved that "far out" story so that added to the excitement. I love everything about their site including the fact that it is only open for a short period each week. It just adds to it. I made a first order a couple of weeks ago and was so delighted when it came. The care and love that is put into each vapemail is wonderful. Since I know liquids have different steep needs I like to try each sample I get right away and save some for steeping if need be. I personally found that each flavor I tested (afternoon Tea, Twas Brillig, Crunkberry, April Moon, bl&wh cookie, white Rabbit, and the orange creamsicle one) all tasted nice right away. I am not a fruity lover but I found their fruity flavors really nice because there was a background smoothness to them that just makes my taste buds sing. The black and white cookie is the only one that I felt although it was good prob needs a bit of a steep. Just because it was a little muted. We will see in a weeks times. For me...the Afternoon Tea is brilliant and just tastes like a lovely relaxing day at home, a warm blanket on a frosty day or love from a family member. It is definitely now in my daily vape rotation. White Rabbit is yum, but not easily describable. My daughter grabbed this one up and claimed it for her own, immediately asking for a much bigger bottle. The one that surprised me the most was the free sample that was included of April Moon. I really did not think it would appeal to me being fruity. I mean really...Blueberry and apricot? You could not get me to eat an apricot, but somehow this mix really works for me as a vape. Do I think it will go in my rotation? Not sure yet. I may order a small (15 ml) bottle next week and put it to a grander test. It just may be the only fruit that sees my current daily rotation. Now as I said the B&W cookie I won't say too much about because I have not given it a fair chance yet. The same goes for the creamsicle one. My son in law snatched that one up and I have yet to get it back. He says it is the real thing. The twas Brillig.....I don't know how they do it but again, it just taste like blackberry crumble like it says. Not raspberry, gooseberry or blueberry but good ole blackberries. It amazes me. I commonly get frustrated when I hear food critcs describe food as fun or other words that describe emotion and not taste but I get it here. All the juices I have tried from AiV so far bring up very strong nice emotions. What comes to my mind as I vape on them is comfort, home, relaxing and love. So that is how I feel about AiV. Wonderful company that puts care into what they do. It shows on their site, in the customer appreciation and in their delicious product. I am so glad I found them
