Whoever mentioned that you want to get something all stainless steel is spot on. Some of these clones are just chrome plated brass, which you don't want to expose to high heat and then inhale from, unless it's naval brass, which is an entirely different discussion
If it were me, I'd get this : Kayfun Lite Clone by Tobeco with Airflow Control - Eciggity It's from an American seller, so you won't have to wait a month for it. They are fairly reputable, so if you do get a dud, they will more likely than not make it right. It's entirely up to you though, but if were me the extra $15 is worth the piece of mind.
On an unrelated note, I write juice reviews and post them here and on reddit. I just posted a new one today and I am stealing a page from Jah's book and having a contest, the winner get's 5x10ml bottles. Unfortunately it's not AIV, but if you guys and gals are interested I'll post or PM the link. The contest is easy, you just have to guess the scores of this weekends football games. Don't worry if you don't follow football, you have as much chance as an avid fan.

Yeps, what Meggi says.
Most of the AIV (being so very delicate) need the lower heat.
edit: along these same lines....... those that like to experiment will often find textures and flavors in the AIV juice that the rest of us never even know exist........ like black pepper, which Nicole uses in some of her juices to give it a certain.... thing.
I know this because I have tasted it in at least one other of the juices.... while on a higher voltage vaper.

AND Tajji'smom: Yep, it gets cold here, usually we are highs in the 40's and lows in the teens in January/February, this is more late March early April weather. I'm in North Central Arizona so it's a different climate than down in Phoenix. We regularly get snow, and our summers get up to 99-100, although one year, we got up to 127.....not kidding. It was miserable. But I'd take a dry heat over humidity any day!

Yup, everything what the other people said. The one that you linked to is suspect since the material is "alloy" as catmomma said. I bought the tobeco clone from eciggity, and that I know is stainless steel, so listen to jffvera.
As for you missing anything not using a kayfun vs. a protank, well, in the immortal words of PBusardo, if it works for you, then it's the best device for you.

Enjoying some carmelishous, graham crackerishous 15 Foot Falls, the coffee's nearly steeped in the press, and I'm gazing in wide wonder at wolandepiphanius' wildly beautiful vapemail. Love that you got a " Planet of the Vapes" card, that's downright witty.
Still can't wrap my mind around Merclipse. Absolutely adore a good red red wi-ii-iine, which stays close to me, but I can't get behind the idea of wine-ish vapor.

White Rabbit is one of those in mandatory rest and relaxation for three more weeks.
Every time I give it a shake and an inquisition of its scent, more and more white chocolate hits my nose. If it's this good after a bit over a week, I can't imagine it getting much better after a month passes, at least not by scent. The "Call me Vanilla" is also developing a mouth watering fragrance, a waterfall of vanillas.

:-( I'm out of alice juice :-( I left my sample of mystic mandelime for the clerk at my favorite b&m to try. Went in a few days later and he said the owner swiped it. He was bummed but she loves it. I've been bugging them to carry Alice. Right now I'm vaping death kick, one of their house juices and impatiently waiting for my beautemous rabbit box.

A word of advice.......order a bottle soon so that it has time to steep by the time you get to it. The key I have found to these marvelous juices is having one bottle steeped and one bottle in reserve steeping.......you can never go wrong this way!

This has quickly become one of my favorite vapes!!! I ordered a 30ml last order.........
White Rabbit. Alas, he didn't choose me. Maybe it's my fault for not letting it sit for at least a week like I said I would but Imprint up there had me craving a rich vape with pressed coffee. It's good and rich, like spicy carrot cake, and I'll enjoy finishing it off, but I don't think I'll be ordering a big bottle.
Today I'm going to my brother-in-law's house where he was just delivered 60ml of Twas Brillig and a Delectable Sampler. I have a MPV and an EP for him and I get to show him the joys of vaping.

mmmmmm.. mystic madelime is very very tartly tasty, even right out of the box.
But my sympathies, and empathy, for your plight, PickledSweets. To be without any AiV would break my brain at this point.

Oh, a thousand times yes.
It's just hard to start up without unlimited funds, but in about 6 months I think I'll be in some comfort level with what I suspect will be a very deep and meaningful relationship with all the "let it steep a month" AiV fare.
