Your coils "ohms" are your resistance, so you are using a coil that is fairly low resistance. That's not always the end of the story though, the way your coil is build and how much metal mass is inside it will also make a difference. A small, vertical Nautilus BVC coil designed for a different sort of vaping will have far less mass, than say an octocouple coil.
You may be vaping it too high or not high enough... It all depends. Your "recommended wattage" will also be printed in tiny letters on the coil, and it's fine to vape below the recommended resistance, but not above it, that tends to shorten coil life. It might give you a rough guide as to what resistance you may "need" but still important to prime the coil, and just slowly increase wattage, a few watts at a time, while inhaling and then inhaling with the fire button (doesn't matter if you see visible vapor or not, just keep moving up slowly.
You will likely reach a "sweet spot" which may be below 100 watts, which is certainly high wattage but not unheard of.
It sounds to me like you need new batteries, but that has been covered. Knowing what resistance you are "targeting" should help you decide which you need to sacrifice, run time, or higher wattage for longer while not overstressing your batteries or your mod. Depending on where you 'fall" or at least "think" you are going to fall should tell you want batteries you will need. Etc.
Best of luck and yes you need a good charger too, some good brands include Xtar and Nitcore and many of them, especially the smaller or older models, shouldn't break the bank.
Good luck and happy vaping
